  1. So what happens exactly, it just pauses the install/download? Can you start it again and keep doing that until completion? Do you get an error message when it happens? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

  7. The purpose is to get close servers, not necessarily force servers in another continent so there is no guarantee that will always work. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Resync the cloud Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. This part is very important.

  9. The options you get when you add the device are for what applications/services/games you want to prioritize on that device. Are you just wanting to prioritize the whole device in general or for a specific game, streaming etc?

  13. I don't agree with that and certainly haven't seen anything to indicate that is the case. If issues like that are happening please tell us and provide information so we know there is something to fix
  14. Are multiple people always gaming at the same time? Does it happen if just one person is gaming? When gaming look at the network usage, when the issue happens does anything spike in usage?

  16. That's all correct, PCs can cache IPs so if you reboot your PC then check, does it work?

  18. Okay well that all seems very good, are you seeing ping spikes on the Geo-Filter when you get the rubber banding? When you lose connection do you see anything blocked on the Geo map?
  19. So the Amazon Prime Video option isn't working specifically for your TV? Do other services work for it?
  20. The NAT server doesn't really matter, it's just a server they're using to check whether you have an Open NAT. It won't be affecting your game ping at all. "game servers are in my area, but I feel like I route to the UK then back to the US West. Just a thought..." what ping are you getting the servers in your area? How have you setup Congestion Control/SmartBOOST?

  22. Do upgrade because other things like the CPU improvements could benefit it. Did you just add your entire PC then?
  23. Sorry, on the QoS page, if you add the device to Traffic Prioritization with the YouTube service does it trigger?
  24. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
