  1. I'm sure it's easily resolvable, let us know if you want to continue
  2. Not yet, I'll chase them again, it's not something they normally do so it won't be the quickest turn around
  3. It's the WAN side yeah, so you're wanting it on the LAN side then? I can make the request to the team
  4. While this issue is happening, if you connect directly to the modem/router the R3 is connected to what speeds do you get there?
  5. In both areas and for all ports? Where are you testing the speeds exactly?
  6. Check the WAN & LAN Settings pages, what speed does the link speed say for each?
  7. That's in Settings > WAN > Advanced already
  8. It may not apply to the actual app, I can't be certain but regardless that's the speed you're getting - speed test bypass just means you're seeing your full speeds reported there, with your Congestion Control settings that's not what you're actually getting if that makes sense. Do a test, put it back up to 100%, do the speeds show correct again?
  9. You have Congestion Control set to 60% so it is going to report around 55-60Mbps for the upload. Also WiFi is subject to interference that you don't get via ethernet cable
  10. We've not had anyone have this issue before and in those scenarios it's usually some unique aspect of the persons setup contributing to the issue, it's likely we'll get to the bottom of it with continued troubleshooting but if you'd like to return just email us and we can go from there.
  11. It doesn't make any sense really - could you disable BI/DPI in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > Developer Options, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and then try again please?
  12. You should enter the speeds you're actually paying for/receiving and then adjust Congestion Control from there. Entering lower speeds won't give you more stability. Once you've done this and found the best Congestion Control settings you'll see what you're left with. Make sure you have speed test bypass disabled on the Congestion Control page while conducting the tests. 5 ms is really good for 5G to be honest, I'd be shocked if you could get it any lower, I thought it would be much higher.
  13. No we don't give any ETAs but its something we're working on currently
  14. Safari forces HTTPS which is why the interface will be slow, if you use another browser that doesn't force HTTPS for the interface that will help. Okay that's it then, it wouldn't be conflicting if the IP you're setting is the same as the IP in the DMZ so the IP did change which is when the issue probably occurred. Remove the DMZ rule, set the static IP then set that IP in the DMZ and you should be good. That's log spam, we're aware of it, it's not causing any issues
  15. Set a static/reserved IP on the tp-link for the R3 and then ensure that IP is still in the DMZ. If it's changing on the side it could cause it too. What device/web browser are you using to access?
  16. Fantastic to hear! Thanks for the update
  17. Did you follow the previous instructions exactly? For example if you set the static IPs but didn't reboot that may cause it to happen again. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  18. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  19. Blocking devices using bandwidth when you're playing etc is an extreme measure, as long as you have Congestion Control setup and SmartBOOST set to prioritize you then they won't be causing any issues
  20. With 5G that's really going to be your inherent cause of issues as just by its very nature it's not going to be entirely consistent so the router can only do much by stabilizing everything on your end but it can't counteract that. How have you set the 5G router to pass all traffic through to the R3 e.g. DMZ, modem/bridge mode? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? There are no specific settings for 5G as Congestion Control ensures devices don't cause each other issues, nothing to compensate for inherent connection quality issues. We always suggest starting at 70% for download/upload and then fine tuning from there based on your experience. What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup SmartBOOST? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  21. That is very strange, what changes on the router have you made other than Geo-Filter, Congestion Control & SmartBOOST?
  22. As above the team will all be back tomorrow to continue work on it, as always we'll make a post with the firmware when its ready
