  1. No it's just log spam, you can ignore that
  2. Not sure what you mean by confidential but as long as it is the same IP as the R3 WAN page shows that's fine. You don't need to blur the IP, it's a local IP. On the R3 in DHCP set reserved IPs for all your devices and also set the DHCP lease time to 10000 apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then monitor it please
  3. If devices might automatically connect back to the ISP modem/router WiFi then you could disable that. You don't need to do anything else though other than what has been mentioned so far
  4. A couple of suggestions: You set Cloudflare/Waveform speedtest at the highest priority - if you're using these speed tests on your phone that will be why you lose frames when running them - those lost frames wouldn't occur when doing other activities other than: Gaming & Discord are prioritized higher than streaming also - streaming requires steady bitrate so prioritizing streaming above all else is advised Video & Streaming / Twitch Streamer - choose one (the one that prioritizes most consistently) and delete the other You've chosen the expert mode of SmartBOOST and set manual priority values so it will follow these first. Consider switching to simple, tidying/removing any unnecessary priorities (a speedtest doesn't really need to be prioritized as when downloading anything it will always seek to max out your available bandwidth) and allowing the router to optimally manage the priorities you set in the order they're needed
  5. How have you set your priorities exactly? I can't see how you would lose frames with those speeds/settings
  6. Have you set Congestion Control and do you have speed test bypass enabled?
  7. What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
  8. Okay do keep us posted, if it doesn't help please provide another log when it happens
  9. That's all fine then. Monitor while playing and see what the Geo-Filter shows your average ping is, as well as in game. Then when it goes bad see what both the pings show. Also note the times when this happens. This way we can begin to build up a picture/pattern of when its happening.
  10. Thank you for the logs, I can see it has disconnected & reconnected but not the specific reason why. There are some entries that it's thinking it's getting attacked by the fritz but they don't match up with the disconnects. Check the R3 WAN IP in WAN Settings and double check it's the same IP in the exposed host function (it may have changed). Correct it if necessary and make the R3 IP static/reserved on the fritz. Then monitor and see if it happens again please.
  11. Good to hear, thanks for the update. Ah so you're restoring from a backup, that can cause issues if the backup is corrupted or if you made the backup on a previous version and upload it on a newer version.
  12. Copy the R3 WAN IP from the WAN Settings page and enter that into your ISP modem/router DMZ/exposed host function. Set that IP as a static/reserved IP on the ISP modem/router so it doesn't change and you're good to go. Then just make sure all devices are connected to the R3 and not the modem.
  13. I've responded in your topic
  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? - Is it the 1Gbps/1Gbps from your screenshot? How is the console connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  15. Presumably the range of your ping results, if you click read more it can give you an indication. If nothing changes in your setup and you see that then it's likely on the ISP side. Are you seeing it during peak times for example?
  16. No worries, I've moved it to the correct section. As DumaOS isn't OpenWRT you wouldn't be able to complete the setup as they've described it so you would need to contact them to see if there are any instructions you need to follow instead, you may not need it. Have you tried to connect to it to see if it works? Also don't show your private key, I've removed the image for you.
  17. If it's consistently stable then it's not jitter. It will almost certainly be the servers being under load, if everything is good on your side then that is the only answer. In which case force different servers, even slightly further away as even though the ping may be a little higher it may be more stable in regards to hit detection
  18. If you're getting better ping there then force those servers instead. Is your ping fluctuating wildly and consistently like I mentioned during the game, shown on the Geo-Filter or the in game ping? If so then yes that would be it. If so, what are the fluctuations you're seeing?
  19. Okay let us know how you get on with them. What firmware are you on currently? Do you PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6?
  20. That's fine, that will be processing delay which accounts for the additional ping. By variance I mean the amount your ping varies e.g. 30 and goes up and down to/from 35, that's what jitter is. By the looks of that graph it's really steady so what do you see normally?
  21. Okay that's fine but what is the variance in ping you're actually getting on the game/on the Geo-Filter when playing?
  22. Added! They don't have DumaOS 4 and would like to try it, just because there hasn't been another update doesn't mean they shouldn't bother. I realise you're frustrated, however, it's important to note: While being sold the R2 was advertised with DumaOS 3, not 4. DumaOS 4 was developed for & on the R3, not specifically for the R2. This means that changes can take longer than applying to the R3 for example. We said the R2 would get DumaOS 4 - it has. We're working on big features currently for DumaOS 4 which is why there haven't been many updates, this has been reflected in R3 updates also. We're hoping to get those features on the R2 as well.
  23. What are the jitter values you're seeing exactly on the Geo-Filter & in game?
  24. It just prioritizes Twitch streaming, there is no cap to how much it will prioritize unless other priorities are being used at the same time. You can reserve bandwidth up to 20Mbps per device/activity
  25. No, you'll have it connected via one of those methods so you're fine, you don't need to do anything
