  1. As above, devices will show the DNS of the router they're connected to and then will use the DNS the router has set
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the R1 is connected to and how did you set the DMZ on it exactly? Did you give the R1 a static/reserved IP on it to ensure it doesn't change so the DMZ is always valid? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  3. No that isn't possible, we don't allow SSH access
  4. Yes it will prioritize the game when you select that option
  5. To get an Open NAT you need an open route to the internet, with the setup you're going to use you would need to put it in the DMZ to do that. It's perfectly fine to do so, the R3 has its own firewall so it is protected
  6. If you want to have an Open NAT then yes you'll need to
  7. If you could provide the IDs of those servers we can get them added to the global whitelist
  8. You've had a lot of good advice so far but to summarize: If you want to use all of the R3 functions, i.e. QoS, SmartBOOST etc then you need to do either of these options: If you only care about using the Geo-Filter then what you suggested originally will work:
  9. That's if you select the advanced way of doing it, just select Games Console and it will prioritize the game
  10. As above you can just upgrade to the latest public version which has DumaOS 3.3 included now. Not sure what you mean regarding the XR500 bricking exactly. Not sure what you mean about the DNS either but individual devices will show the DNS as the router LAN IP.

  12. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. It seems to work a bit more reliably on .540 if you really want to use it.
  13. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client If it still occurs then check the map (fully zoomed out) for a blocked icon when the error appears (it can disappear quickly) and then click it and add it to your allow list. You may need to repeat this a few times to get all the servers but then it should work fine. If you could then provide the IDs to us we can whitelist them globally.
  14. I think you may have the wrong place but if not it would be better to contact them directly for support

  16. Added, if it continues please make a new topic and we can help you there
  17. Either way, it's up to you, there won't be any conflicts
  18. No there won't be a conflict and has you don't have IPv6 there is no need to enable it
  19. That's simply incorrect It's a beta firmware that's why, if you upgrade to the latest public version that is based on this version you can do so without going to an intermediary firmware. If you go to DumaOS there I'm sure it'll work correctly
  20. We have it disabled by default on the Early Access version and I would suggest doing so generally if you're not using IPv6 but no it doesn't need to be disabled to prevent a conflict.
  21. Glad to hear you managed to resolve it, thanks for updating with your solution!
  22. So you're bypassing the normally provided AT&T ISP modem/router with the WAS SFP module correct? The Router speed test reported that but have you entered your actual expected speeds into it? What do you mean Congestion Control never works for you? SmartBOOST prioritizes devices, there are no servers involved. Where are you testing the speeds though, speedtest.net? Can you provide one of the specific sites you're trying to block ads on, not the tester please so I can attempt to reproduce?
  23. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Where are you testing Adblocker on Apple devices? What speeds are you getting on devices when they're slow and where are you testing? Are they connected via WiFi or ethernet?
