  1. Okay that does sound like we've done it then, someone else is having the same issue so I think it probably is that. I'll pass this ID over to help getting it resolved.
  2. Stops working in what sense, stops prioritizing the specific game you're playing? Does it work for some games and not others? Hard to say at the moment.
  3. No working for all devices, specific pages etc? As in DumaOS Classified Games isn't activating when playing or after having added it manually?
  4. Is this with split bands so you connect to each manually? If you merge the bands back together and do a download or stream does it switch to 5GHz automatically?
  5. You can't determine their router is bricked just from the information provided. I'll be happy to continue helping you in your own topic, if you can reply there then we can go from there.
  6. What do you mean by not working exactly? Can you provide more information?
  7. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  8. Please re-create the issue and then grab the logs as soon as it happens and we can take a look. Does it happen wherever you download or on a specific site? Does it happen with any device downloading? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  9. So presumably you have split the bands so you can connect to each individually is that right? Do you notice any pattern to when it stops working? Please grab the log from the interface when it happens again and we can take a look
  10. It's an authentication server required for online play. You don't have to do that but I would recommend it - it does get address but the CoD service can get outdated quickly so I suggest this most of the time so it doesn't cause people an issue again, also means you don't have to add your device and select different games when playing, the console service will cover it all.
  11. By that do you mean streaming is working to both with no packet loss? Add the device with the Games Console service to Traffic Prioritization and also add another rule for port 443 for the device, remove any other rules you've made. If it's not being prioritized then Congestion Control also isn't being activated with it set to Auto so you can set that to Always and check again or make the rules to get it prioritizing so Congestion Control kicks in when streaming.
  12. It would be on the global whitelist, not on your side, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look
  13. Does it always seem to be in Oklahoma? We have seen a lot there that may be incorrectly whitelisted
  14. That could be it potentially, hard to tell really without another router to confirm
  15. It may be the Geo-Filter and that you need to allow them all, try with it disabled and check if it works better then, if so then add them to your allow list (setup a party, invite one by one, they should appear on the map, click > allow) and it should work without issue when enabled. No worries!
  16. That's H.264 then I believe, in which case set the bitrate to 20000 then please and see how you go with that. This could be more of a fine tuning of the streaming settings rather than a router issue. Lots of data being sent and received but is it showing the red light to indicate the prioritization is active?
  17. That's awesome to hear, thanks for sharing your positive experience! The cloud is ready on our end, we're waiting for the all clear from EE before it can be deployed. As you can imagine with the customer base that they have they are cautious about putting out updates which is understandable so I don't have an ETA for you unfortunately, it shouldn't be a really long time away though.
  18. Unfortunately can't provide that information even if I had it, NG sorted the hardware so we didn't have any input, like you said the R7800 is similar so perhaps that part which I'm sure can be found cheaper might be an option, no idea if it would work though honestly, no one has ever gone to that much trouble to repair one as far as I'm aware or if they have they've never mentioned it
  19. That does sound in brick teritory, no the USB port has no functional benefit in this situation, TFTP will be your only hope here, don't give up with it, the timing for it is tricky and can take a few attempts
  20. Are you using H.264 or HEVC? Do you have Enforce streaming service bitrate limits enabled? You mentioned you're now using Auto for Congestion Control but what percentages are the download/upload set to? When streaming, is Traffic Prioritization actually triggerring? I still think switching to the DMZ option may help
  21. Okay great so something with their IPv6 implementation the R3 doesn't like, I believe we're making some improvements in this area so it may not need to be a permanent solution. Does the gen1 router have any port forwarding settings or a DMZ? The R3 doesn't have a bridge mode anyway so that wouldn't be possible. If you want to have IPv6 & an Open NAT and the gen1 doesn't have port forwarding/DMZ then yes you'd need to get a gen 2 at least. I would say though that in both cases, IPv6 & Open NAT you're not really going to see much benefit to your gaming experience. NAT determines who you're able to connect to, as the game is dedicated server based this isn't an issue. If you play with people then as long as they have an Open NAT you won't have any issues connecting to them. IPv6 is useful because NAT isn't a concern any more so if you can get an Open NAT bypassing the gen1 then really that's the best option. This is what Xbox says about the benefits of IPv6: "Internet Protocol version 6 is the most current network protocol, offering several improvements over IPv4. Most important, IPv6 expands the number of possible IP addresses (the unique numbers that represent every device on the internet). And—most useful for Xbox—the expansion removes the need for Network Address Translation (NAT), which can interfere with multiplayer gaming and chat over IPv4 networks." If I were you I'd just do dish > R3, you'll get an Open NAT so you're getting the benefits of what either would offer you and you don't need to use an extra router or pay for another.
  22. It appears to be whitelisted by us so I'll need to pass it on to the team to see if they need to be removed
  23. Unplug it from your modem & power for 10 minutes, reconnect the power but not the modem, wait 4 minutes, then attempt access via a wired PC and see if you can access
  24. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please? No the heatmap doesn't affect the Geo-Filter Your video isn't loading, I'd suggest making a new topic for your issue, if you could also include a screenshot of what you see on the Geo-Filter in that topic please
