  1. It's not something we could help with unfortunately. Especially with their crackdowns on VPN usage by implementing a ping limit it may not even be possible.

  3. Disable SmartBOOST fully and also disable BI and DPI in troubleshooting settings please, reboot the router then try again
  4. What is the device connected to the 4th LAN port? It seems to be that one specifically going down frequently. Have you got another ethernet cable to use instead for that device?
  5. How have you set the box to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Have you entered your paid for/expected speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? Please provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view
  6. We removed the firmware to fix some issues so not currently, we'll post there with a new firmware once available
  7. That makes very little sense but must mean it is the cloud. If we can't update the cloud due to it needing a firmware upgrade to do so I'll see if we can at least revert whatever the last cloud update was.
  8. Could you disable IPv6 in WAN Settings please and also extend the DHCP lease time to 10000 minutes please. Reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes and monitor from there please.
  9. We're aware they're not 100% reliable, it uses servers that are hardcoded into the router which can then become out of date. For the moment use speedtest.net to test speeds and enter them into the router. Adjust the Congestion Control percentages to achieve the same effect as the Auto Setup.
  10. It looks like there is a server blocked behind the allowed one in the EU, that might need allowing, if you zoom in fully are you able to click it to allow that one?

  12. We don't have that kind of service but really likely it's just a case of settings, the software is quite different to the XR. What are the issues you're having exactly?
  13. Very likely the Geo-Filter is blocking the server used to test your NAT status. Check on the map for an icon being blocked when you run the NAT test and add it to your allow list, that should then fix it. They may have a couple of servers responsible so you may need to do it a few times to get all of them.
  14. You said in your other topic that you unplugged it and plugged it back in again, was it plugged back in in the exact same place with the same cable, no other differences etc?
  15. It's specifically a factory reset on that firmware version to rule out any remnants from the previous version impacting it. Honestly it doesn't make any sense at all. Could you move it closer to try another cable at all just temporarily? Do you require PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP identifiers for a connection?

  17. Instead of putting it in port 1, try it in each of the other ports then check just in case that prompts a connection
  18. Where specifically around the UK are you seeing it? Can you provide a screenshot?
  19. Did they appear with white circles around them? Otherwise it's not the servers being whitelisted that is the issue
  20. Thanks, could you switch the cable connected the R3 to the modem with a different cable please and then do the reboot process and check
  21. Click Advanced WAN Settings on the No Internet Setup Wizard page then skip and continue until you get to the interface. Then do the reboot method I mentioned previously. If it continues then check what the modem says and get the R3 logs please.
  22. If you put your radius to the entire world with it on can you get games then?
  23. If you check the Sagemcom router interface does it show the R3 as a connected device? Could you get the log from the R3 Settings > Troubleshooting page please?
