  1. In theory yes it's possible if you don't require coax and Sky allow you to use a third party router instead of their main router - I think you may just need to enter a DHCP identifier to do so
  2. Let us know how you get on!
  3. Thanks for the IDs, we'll double check them
  4. You can forget about the bridge/DMZ aspect then, that doesn't apply to you. Where are you testing the speeds exactly? What do you get via a wired PC to speedtest.net? What is your ping shown in game and through the Geo-Filter? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How is Congestion Control setup (Ping Optimizer > Advanced)? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  5. Okay thanks, you said it happened 2 weeks ago, was anything changed physically or via settings? I've given you Early Access, please upgrade to that and see if it improves https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  6. Okay so you have internet and you're getting the correct speeds, that's great so there isn't an issue that warrants an exchange so it does matter. What do you mean your connection sucks exactly? If not all your devices are connected to the R3 then SmartBOOST/Congestion Control won't be able to do much as they don't control your entire network so you're essentially then just relying on the Geo-Filter. What game are you playing? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? What is the ping shown in game and what does it show on the Geo-Filter? How have you setup Congestion Control (Ping Optimizer > Advanced)?
  7. You do have internet over ethernet just the speeds that are heavily reduced right? By you only have your PC wired to the R3 does that mean all other devices are connected to the ISP modem/router or they're connected via WiFi to the R3? They all should be connected to the R3, they can take bandwidth away from the router if they're connected to the ISP modem/router and so could be contributing to the issue. I appreciate you've set everything properly but I still need to know the answers to the questions. Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? If you test on speedtest.net specifically, not just on the search engine page, what does it report? Please provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN settings pages.
  8. Keep us posted! Perhaps disable any protections in WAN just in case it thinks its an issue and blocks it. The beta fix will be based on the very latest I think so makes sense
  9. Could you try in an incognito window/another browser and see if you get the same issue please?
  10. Have you got any port forwarding rules that cover the same port shown on the VPN service page/do you have the DMZ enabled? If so disable then try again. Otherwise try another port instead anyway and see if the same occurs
  11. Just to clarify, do you have internet over ethernet? Is it just the speeds that are heavily reduced? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Where are you testing the speeds? What firmware version are you on? Please provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN settings pages.
  12. Do keep in mind that the beta has just launched, the player base is going to be massive and the servers will be under strain, this is something I am sure they're prepared for and are using the data to improve it for launch

  14. Make a new topic and we can help you with your specific issue there
  15. I don't think it will be a case of everything needs to be redone but we'll see!
  16. Click 'See Error Details' and provide a screenshot please
  17. We've got captures of the game and hoping to start testing it today/tomorrow and when we're happy with that it'll go public
  18. Yeah do try a previous version and let us know. We certainly don't change anything in the settings and anything we do wouldn't affect it. I know it works as expected on the 500, never personally tested on the 1000 but should work the exact same.
  19. Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all so SmartBOOST is reporting accurately there. Remove your both additions of your PC from the Geo-Filter, then go to the Device Manager on the router and change the PC device type to a PlayStation. Go back to the Geo-Filter and add your PC, it should add as a console and will perform better then. Make sure it says Filter On/Filtering as well as in the above screenshot the Geo-Filter wasn't doing anything.
  20. It's very unlikely that it will drastically change the way the matchmaking works and the Geo-Filter should still work without us doing anything but it may mean we have to do more whitelisting initially to get it 100%. We'll do what we can during out limited time with the beta and if we can't sort it fully by then, then when it launches we'll get it sorted.
  21. That's a good idea and it's something we're already looking into!
  22. It has been suggested before so it is on the list to be looked into. I definitely think it would be a great idea
  23. Have you completed the Setup Wizard? If not you will need to do that before you can get internet
