An AP connected to the ONT after removing the R3 or when connected to the R3? What firmware are you on currently? If you disable QoS fully from the SmartBOOST menu do you get the same issue?
-
It's not always reliable as the servers used are hardcoded on the router but they do change. Best to change/find the percentages that work best for you manually
-
When you connect to the WiFi on the R3 it works? How did you disable the Geo-Filter exactly?
-
That's not a malfunction, it's designed to disconnect everything from the internet when running the test. You don't need to do the tests everyday. You can also test your speed elsewhere and adjust the speed on the router if needed and adjust Congestion Control which is what the Auto Setup does.

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes we're working on some big features which are taking up a lot of resources, it'll be worth the wait -
That's just when you load up the game, it'll ping all the available servers but doesn't show the servers within your radius at that moment.
-
Do you get the same issue when connected directly to your modem?

Why is th R3 not helping with buffer bloat?
Netduma Fraser replied to Mach3r's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I covered it in a topic you made but you need to disable Share Excess. Though for getting bufferbloat down I'd use Congestion Control, not setting speed for particular devices. Are you required to enter a remote IP there? If not don't put it in just have the local IP. -
If you're setting a specific speed for the device in Bandwidth Allocation then you need to disable Share Excess in the Bandwidth Allocation menu to make all devices stick to the allocations you've provided. The firmware you're on is good.

Can you put it in modem or bridge mode or does it have an exposed host option? Alternatively you can port forward 1 - 65535 TCP/UDP to the R3 to achieve the same effect. Once you've done that it should behave better. Also 70% is a good starting point but you may find other percentages work better for your connection -

Modem/bridge mode is good too! -
What's your average ping to the game when it is bad vs when it's good? Also keep in mind the time of year, more people are likely to be playing now or even just online so ISP congestion could be a factor too
-
Okay so you don't need to worry then, you'll have an Open NAT, the Geo-Filter is just blocking the server its using to test your NAT, it's not actually causing a strict NAT. There is likely a blocked icon on the map when you do the test that you can allow if you'd like but it's not necessary.

Disable Geo-Latency, restart the PC and try again, it should work then

More than 999 Mbps not possible?
Netduma Fraser replied to Atzenkeeper500's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You should be able to put 1000 in but you won't be able to go higher than that as that's the maximum the ports cover -

Why is th R3 not helping with buffer bloat?
Netduma Fraser replied to Mach3r's topic in Netduma R3 Support
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Are the speeds you pay for/receive 1000/100? How have you setup Congestion Control? -
Not sure what you mean but getting easier lobbies isn't the purpose of the router so it's not something we can specifically help with. Happy for you to make a topic on it if you like and see who comments, otherwise there may be other sites that can help instead.

That should be fine, if you disable the Geo-Filter and re-do the test/restart the console and re-do the test do you get the same issue?
