  1. Is it throttling if you set it to Always? If you use speedtest.net do you see the speeds reduce?
  2. It does kind of make sense, you're making an encrypted tunnel between you and the VPN server so we're not really able to read the traffic to filter it as it goes through the VPN. I think you'll need to use one or the other.
  3. You're not doing anything wrong, we'll just need to update it thats all - game servers don't respond to pings generally so we have to update quite often. Do this: For the Geo-Filter: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then you'll be able to filter.
  4. Is the XR using PPPoE/VLAN by any chance? If so that is likely why, have your ISP modem/router handle it instead and it should adhere to your settings
  5. No updates on it, they're focused on the features we've briefly spoken about, it takes up a lot of resources, once that's done they can look into this more closely. Make sure you're using 80Mhz not 160 and see if it is more stable overall please. Otherwise combine the bands again and see if it works better.
  6. I've replied to your topic on this Thank you, I'll pass the ID on to the team Likely the server you're wanting is mislocated in OK, any IDs you can provide will help us correct it faster
  7. They may well be blocking VPNs but if you try with the Geo-Filter disabled can you get a game?
  8. Can you provide a screenshot of your Congestion Control settings, SmartBOOST, your speed test result and let us know what your speeds are please
  9. They could be and we did correct them in the latest cloud so if they're still there more may have changed that we need to address. Any IDs you can provide will be super helpful
  10. What platform are you on? Can you provide some IDs of the Oklahoma servers you're getting please?
  11. Nothing specific, as long as they fit the connectors they will work
  12. We should have resolved that with a cloud update, did you follow all those steps above? That's interesting, kind of acting like a relay then allowing servers outside potentially
  13. If you're requesting them from us then really we need to see/determine they're broken before sending extras, email [email protected] please
  14. Do you have speedtest bypass enabled? Is SmartBOOST actively prioritizing the game?
  15. We can send new antennae if necessary, however, it is likely it's just that it's come apart instead of breaking, check the video to see if that applies + how to fix. If that's not it please provide a picture of how they're broken please antennaepop.mp4
  16. We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable currently and we're looking to fix that for the next version. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effect which can be found in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  17. It's not required but once would be enough after the update has fully completed
  18. You don't use a program to open the file, you access the interface and upload it to the router like the video above
  19. There is no real conflict, you can have all three enabled if you wish to
  20. Do this and it will likely work better Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/clientIt's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working. To force servers you need to do the following: For settings ensure Ping Assist and Geo-Latency are disabled in the Geo-Filter menu that can be found by clicking ⋮ in the top right hand corner of the page and go to Settings. Strict Mode should also be enabled, it is enabled by default so if you haven't disabled it you can ignore it. If you have disabled it or want to check it can be found in the same Settings menu as above or in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > Developer Options depending on your firmware version. Fast Search should also be disabled which it is by default so can be ignored if you haven't changed it, otherwise this can be found in the same place.
  21. UPnP is enabled by default IP reservation is something you set DMZ is something you set
  22. Exactly as above, let us know if you have any issues
  23. No it's WiFi 6
  24. When that happens check the map, there should be something blocked, add it to your allow list and you should be able to reconnect. You may need to do it a few times to get all the servers it needs, if you then provide the IDs of those servers we can update the global whitelist
  25. The advantage is that the EA Games selection is likely to become outdated, by doing that workaround and adding your PC as a console to the Geo-Filter it won't get outdated and allow you to filter properly (barring any cloud changes that are needed). Good to hear about Oklahoma! Couldn't say for certain but it does seem in some games that they prefer speed of getting into a game over connection quality, not all games are like that though. It was actually dealing with lag in Halo that inspired the Geo-Filter/company in the first place!
