  1. Great thanks, I've passed that on, will get back to you as soon as I can
  2. Sorry for the delay, dev tried to access today but wasn't able to, I suspect your IP has changed. Could you post here again using your broadband connection please?
  3. Si continúa con el tema que hizo, podemos ayudarlo con los problemas que tiene.
  4. It's not that we have a problem with feel, it's just not something we can work with to identify any potential issues. With share excess enabled the device can receive however much bandwidth it wants, if it feels better limiting this then you could disable Share Excess or severely limit Congestion Control
  5. Si usa Geo-Filter y QoS de manera efectiva, se asegurará de que obtenga más juegos buenos que malos y que no experimentará ninguna congestión local en su conexión. Si necesita ayuda, cree un tema nuevo y estaremos encantados de ayudarle.
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, I haven't seen this before. What were the port forwarding rules you added and how did you add them exactly? Can you try accessing the browser in an incognito window please and see if they appear then?
  7. To answer your questions: Use Ping Heatmap to find out where the servers are then use that to inform your Geo-Filter settings to force those servers. Click the ? icon at the top of the Geo-Filter page and choose the Rapp specific tour. If it uses OpenVPN then yes you can use it with the HybridVPN feature on the router and apply it to the TV
  8. Hello, welcome to the forum! Ping Heatmap just pings the servers for the specified game - select the game, select ping and it will show them on the map. You will need to use a VPN to change your IP address to a German one if you want to do that.
  9. Sorry about this, I know the dev is really busy, I'll see if I can get someone else to do this on Tuesday once they're back in the office.
  10. It could just be as simple as the timing of when you're trying to play, I suspect if you played the same time tonight you would be able to get games as its the weekend
  11. Ahh interesting, well done on figuring that out and thanks a lot for letting us know the cause!
  12. We don't tend to make a habit of giving out betas, I have none I can give at the moment
  13. Nothing at the moment, we'll release one as soon as possible.
  14. On the affected wireless devices can you make sure using randomized/private MAC addresses is disabled please and see if they work correctly then with QoS?
  15. Okay great, keep us posted on that! Congestion Control really should be working though. Do you have anything connected behind the XR such as a switch or AP that devices are connected to or is it all just direct to the router?
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. We have to verify there is a fault before we can authorize a replacement so we'll have to go through steps you may have already tried first. If you could make a new topic that would be best so we can focus on your issue. If you could let us know the modem/router model the R2 is connected to in that post that would be a good starting point.
  17. By DHCP server do you mean handled by the router or something like PiHole instead? Yeah it should have been more than that, that port is generally not used for main game traffic though which may be why. For ESO add these additional rules: TCP/UDP Dest: 24100-24507, 4380
  18. We want it to be enabled otherwise it can cause QoS not to work correctly so you're right it will be enabled by default. Are you using IPv6, PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP identifers at all for your connection?
  19. Well done for figuring it out and thanks a lot for letting us know!
  20. By QoS are you referring to Bandwidth Allocation? Have you got Armor enabled? Have you disabled WMM in Advanced Wireless settings?
  21. I've responded to your topic
  22. ¿Puede aclarar por favor que no puedo seguir la traducción?
  23. Glad to hear it is resolved, do keep us posted on how you get on. Great thank you, hopefully we can get this done early week for you.
  24. ¿Cuáles eran los problemas que tenías con él?
  25. One of the ports there are limited to 100Mbits, try with a different ethernet cable and see if you get better speeds
