  2. You should be able to get that minimal level of bufferbloat if you really dial in your settings. Don't use Benchmark for that as we're still improving it. If you saturate your connection with downloads etc and experiment with percentages to see what lowers it the most you should be able to get it http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping
  3. The Geo-Filter just shows what connections are being made to you so it won't be anything on the router side, I'd be surprised if it was causing that but you could try with spectating mode and see if it appears
  4. Oh sorry I thought you were referring to the R2 for some reason. .120 is what I would recommend for the XR beta

  6. Well there are only two others you could try, .123 and .179 - I suppose if you do want to try others then in theory the first is a good one to go for as it would have had more testing as it is a launch version. Would always suggest being on the latest though
  7. Heatmap would be just something we need to update - the server would still be there
  8. No it doesn't unfortunately but I have already asked the team to update our OpenVPN version so hopefully they'll be able to do that sooner rather than later

  10. It won't be anything on our end, may just be less population size at that time and so less players across servers
  11. Could you contact Nord please and see whether they can either amend the file or provide a file that will work with OpenVPN version 2.3.4 please?

  14. Haven't heard anything but they are actively looking into it, hopefully with the next version it will be improved but don't have an ETA on that.

  16. For some reason we're still unable to access you. What is the modem/router the R1 is connected to? Does it have a firewall you can disable?
  17. How often are you experiencing these disconnects? What is the model of the modem the R2 is connected to?
  18. The dev has asked to double check remote support is ticked and the R1 is in the DMZ of your modem if applicable and no port forwarding rules on the R1 itself. Let us know and then we should be able to access.

  21. ¡Me alegra saber que tuvo un impacto positivo! Lo más probable es que ese sea el servidor de juegos que está en Brasil, por lo que debería obtener un ping decente para eso. Eso podría deberse a la carga del servidor; sospecho que sucederá menos si juegas fuera de las horas pico. If you need anything in the future please make a topic and we can help out and reply much faster than PMs. Thanks for submitting IDs to the cloud form, we don't reply to anyone that has submitted IDs to the form or update them on when it is done, people submit them and when we're able to we put them in the cloud.
  23. Well if you notice the Geo-Filter ping becoming higher or more unstable, Connection Benchmark results becoming worse despite no changes and then changing QoS to counteract it could be helpful
  24. Not much we can do to troubleshoot/diagnose that unfortunately but if you find any stats that appear different that would be really helpful for us
  25. Thank you for the feedback, that's an interesting observation, is the delay felt or is it seen in the Geo-Filter ping for example? What surface is the router on?
