Is this the configuration that they provided you? You'll definitely need to remove all but one of the servers. The username/password should be your VPN login information, otherwise they should specifically say what to use. Did you have <ca> before begin certificate and </ca> after end certificate? If not then you will need that added.

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE

Here is the link to the .114 beta version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4mwe5sx81gsc129/XR500-V2.3.2.114-DumaOS3.0.203.img?dl=0 Hard to say, we'll be releasing a new beta version soon so it depends how well that does as to when we would release it as a stable build. -

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
Ah I see, that means you're on DumaOS 2.0 instead of 3.0, was that intended? Not sure I follow, to move location click the home pin icon then click on the map and adjust the radius using the slider. -
ANNOUNCEMENT: The Netduma R2 is here

Hey, welcome to the forum! You will receive a router yes but after all the orders before yours have been fulfilled so it could take a few weeks - that's a rough estimate. -
ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
While not officially released that firmware had been fully tested and was linked by the XR500 lead. We do not have a finished developed firmware to provide you with. Features that make it on to the router is up to Netgear. I couldn't give an estimate at the moment. I've not heard of that issue at all, did you factory reset after upgrading? What happens when you try to make the circle bigger? -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Hi P4UL, just to make you aware, the update is a trial update done just to see whether it fixes that NAT issues with multiple consoles - reports so far show it does for most users. However, it is still a trial and therefore it has not been tested and reports have shown it's quite buggy. Would you still like to receive the firmware? If not, make a new topic and we'll be happy to help with the QpS issue you're having. -

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
The stripped version isn't a beta - it's a security update for the 2.0 version, unfortunately named the same. Here is the latest beta which hasn't even really been officially released but it is the most stable in my opinion. -
Yes it is. It's possible although 50ms is actually a decent ping so probably not in this example.

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
No news yet, we're still working on it. I couldn't say at the moment, we are beginning shipments of the pre-orders and we have quite a lot to get through to get up to date. It depends how many the team are able to get out each day but if you were to purchase now I don't think it would ship for at least a week. -
I was more referring to your comment on having slow speeds meaning you would be punished. Even people with gig connections can have 'bad' connections for gaming - my point really was that the speed you have is not really an indicator of whether or not you'll receive lag compensation. You could have person A with 1Mbps/1Mbps but with 10ms ping to the game server and person B with 1000Mbps/1000Mbps but with 50ms ping to the game server. If a server is the host then person A will have the better ping/experience.
-
I'm not sure how much I believe in lag compensation personally but for arguments sake if it is as prevalent as people think then yes that's possible and forcing a server slightly further away in Europe could swing it more in your favor. Some people for example prefer playing on servers at 40ms. The reason I don't subscribe to the theory much is because gaming barely uses any bandwidth at all and even if you have slow speeds you would have enough for gaming - people used to play absolutely fine on dial-up for example and that was awful!

Selecting Use Upstream DNS will make the router/devices use whatever the DNS is that is set by your ISP.

It really depends on how many we are able to ship in one day. I would estimate late in the week or even early the week after. -

Hey, welcome to the forum! The stock is due to arrive next week. We will then ship them as fast as possible on a first purchased first served basis. So if you ordered early January for example you may receive it at the end of next week.
