  1. That will almost certainly come with the next beta build - I don't have an eta on that currently but we're working on it.
  2. Fixes related to the DHCP disconnections, IPv6 etc just overall stability should be improved - no new features.
  3. Sorry, forgot the link! https://www.dropbox.com/s/4mwe5sx81gsc129/XR500-V2.3.2.114-DumaOS3.0.203.img?dl=0
  4. The stripped version isn't a beta - it's a security update for the 2.0 version, unfortunately named the same. Here is the latest beta which hasn't even really been officially released but it is the most stable in my opinion.
  5. Do so via ethernet - that is recommended anyway as wireless instability could affect the tests
  6. You've got decent speeds so it's unlikely any WiFi devices will cause you significant bloat but as above you can try any from there.
  7. Yes it is. It's possible although 50ms is actually a decent ping so probably not in this example.
  8. It won't be that quick, it will take a bit of time to reproduce it, debug it, fix it and then get it into an update, test it and then release it.
  9. No news yet, we're still working on it. I couldn't say at the moment, we are beginning shipments of the pre-orders and we have quite a lot to get through to get up to date. It depends how many the team are able to get out each day but if you were to purchase now I don't think it would ship for at least a week.
  10. I was more referring to your comment on having slow speeds meaning you would be punished. Even people with gig connections can have 'bad' connections for gaming - my point really was that the speed you have is not really an indicator of whether or not you'll receive lag compensation. You could have person A with 1Mbps/1Mbps but with 10ms ping to the game server and person B with 1000Mbps/1000Mbps but with 50ms ping to the game server. If a server is the host then person A will have the better ping/experience.
  11. I'm not sure how much I believe in lag compensation personally but for arguments sake if it is as prevalent as people think then yes that's possible and forcing a server slightly further away in Europe could swing it more in your favor. Some people for example prefer playing on servers at 40ms. The reason I don't subscribe to the theory much is because gaming barely uses any bandwidth at all and even if you have slow speeds you would have enough for gaming - people used to play absolutely fine on dial-up for example and that was awful!
  12. Selecting Use Upstream DNS will make the router/devices use whatever the DNS is that is set by your ISP.
  13. It really depends on how many we are able to ship in one day. I would estimate late in the week or even early the week after.
  14. Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for your patience and support!
  15. Hey, welcome to the forum! The stock is due to arrive next week. We will then ship them as fast as possible on a first purchased first served basis. So if you ordered early January for example you may receive it at the end of next week.
  16. If you click the 3 dots in the top right of the interface then click advanced you should see factory reset.
  17. Do you have access to the interface now to perform a factory reset?
  18. Thanks for letting us know, we'll continue investigating the issue.
  19. Try the latest firmware we just released today, testing has shown it is quite stable, upgrade then factory reset and see if you notice any improvements. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/34950-new-r2-firmware-30205/
  20. @Wallynova thank you for the feedback. You can try the hardware reset that Newfie will be suggesting if your answer is software. Meanwhile I'll get someone for the team to try and reproduce it.
  21. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  22. What is your exact physical setup - is the modem a pure modem (no wifi) or a modem/router (wifi)? If the latter, how have you set this up to ensure an Open NAT? I've also sent you a PM.
  23. I don't know whether he's been able to check this yet but I've sent you a PM.
  24. That's great to hear, thank you for posting the solution!
  25. Hey, welcome to the forum! How can we help exactly?
