  1. No updates as far as I'm aware since Alex previously posted, I have chased him recently.
  2. Thank you, not necessary as we've updated our backend systems to allow for more accuracy when locating servers so we'll get that sorted
  3. We had a little delay so it will take a few more days and then you will receive tracking information
  4. Je comprends la confusion, ils portent malheureusement le même nom mais celui sur lequel vous êtes n'est pas la version bêta. Celui que j'ai lié a le correctif potentiel.
  5. You're welcome, thank you, you too!
  6. Thank you very much for the offer, no need to do that though as we've updated our systems to identify the correct locations for servers much more easily.
  7. Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks for the report, we'll get that updated next week!
  8. Thanks for the feedback! I think 30 seconds it pretty standard, but I understand your point. When you access the interface after holding down the button do you see the setup wizard?
  9. For the moment yes unfortunately
  10. It just means it's not able to give an IPv6 address to a device but as you have that disabled/don't support it then it doesn't matter. We've got some details from someone else on why this might be happening, we'll get back to you when we know more.
  11. Thanks, next time you can click the 3 line icon and save it as a text file. Does the Device Manager load correctly?
  12. Could you provide the whole log file as a download for us to look at please?
  13. In System Information, in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot from the interface. If it continues then please grab the log file from the System Information page.
  14. It's not that simple, development is a long process and if it hits QA and bugs are found then they will be fixed which will ultimately push back when we can release it. We learnt a long time ago that it was better not to give dates.
  15. What do you mean by the button does nothing? You should hold it for 30 seconds, then release and wait 2 minutes. Then access the interface and you should be presented with the setup wizard, does that happen?
  16. Try this one please, sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we'll get there in the end! clientdev tun auth-user-passnobindpersist-keypersist-tunverb 3remote-cert-tls server--keepalive 10 30sndbuf 524288rcvbuf 524288cipher AES-256-CBCtls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHAproto udpreneg-sec 0fast-ioremote-randomremote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
  18. Can you try this please? I've adjusted it a bit more: client dev tun auth-user-pass nobind persist-key persist-tun verb 3 remote-cert-tls server --keepalive 10 30 cipher AES-256-CBC tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA proto udp reneg-sec 0 fast-io remote-random remote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
  19. @Eli6838 lets continue in your topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35288-r2-could-not-detect-an-internet-connection/
  20. ¡Hola bienvenido al foro! Te he dado acceso, puedes encontrarlo aquí: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/130-dumaos-30-beta-netduma-r1/
  21. Sorry about that, I found the issue and you should be able to post now. Make a support topic and we'll be happy to help.
  22. I think so or your account user ID, is that the same?
  23. Apologies for the question but did you type your username/password in correctly?
  24. Yes we will, I've asked the team to see whether it is something they can do for one of the next updates. Could you try this one instead please? client dev tun resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun verb 3 remote-cert-tls server --keepalive 10 30 sndbuf 524288 rcvbuf 524288 cipher AES-256-CBC tls-cipher TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384:TLS-DHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-CBC-SHA proto udp auth-user-pass reneg-sec 0 tun-ipv6 fast-io remote-random remote gb-lon-101.mullvad.net 1301 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- // Removed for pasting -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca>
