There isn't really any need to port forward if UPnP is on already but yes you should be able to do that.

It is probably because UPnP has opened already, disable UPnP and then try the port forward.

The XR is definitely on 3.0 and the iPhone X is definitely connected to the XR WiFi?

If you click ok does it allow you to enter it again? Can you take a screenshot of the add rule panel with what you entered in it please?

Do you have any other rules added? What did you do for incoming/outgoing start/end?

What was the port forward rule that you were trying to enter?

Thanks. Set Congestion Control to Always, start at 90% for Upload, then do a test, then go down 10% etc rinse repeat until you find what lowers it the most, then try 5% either side of it to see if you can narrow it down.

Lets conduct support outside PMs, I get a ridiculous amount that it's not viable for efficient support. That doesn't look too bad at all. You don't have to just go on the Auto Setup recommendation, try manually selecting the percentage and see if you can get it down anymore.

Hey, welcome to the forum! They both use DumaOS so the QoS will work the same yes. That is really impossible to say as development is always subject to change. They will be the same but likely not at the same time.
