Try the latest firmware we just released today, testing has shown it is quite stable, upgrade then factory reset and see if you notice any improvements. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/34950-new-r2-firmware-30205/ -
That's great to hear, thank you for posting the solution!

Hey, welcome to the forum! How can we help exactly? -

No I don't believe so as it refers to IPv6 which you're not using.
-
I've asked Alex to post an update when he is able to.
-
They won't go through the VPN because they're not directly connected to it but they'll use it as the DNS. Alternatively you could try applying it manually on each device.
-
Set the VPN IP as the DNS in the router WAN Settings then apply, reboot the router and see if the devices get the correct IP then.
-
How have you added the device to the VPN exactly? Can you provide a screenshot please?
-
I'll ask a colleague to see if they can test it (if we have the game) to see whether it is working correctly.
-
I don't see the problem, when you are playing you have an icon in your radius - this peer icon is actually a server. You can then ping that server by doing so manually or enabling auto ping and it will work.
-
The peer is the host of your game it is just misclassified as a peer but it will actually be a server so it is working as expected.
-
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly please? Is this preventing you from filtering?

ANNOUNCEMENT: DUMAOS 3.0 IS HERE
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Luke's topic in News & Announcements
We've only really just released the first XR700 build so there will be at least another one I should think. It really depends how stable they are as to when it can be released publically. -
Hola, bienvenido al foro! Ahora tienes acceso, ¡disfrútalo!

You don't need an internet connection to access the interface and actually you need to complete the wizard in order to get internet. Can you access 192.168.77.1 via the web browser through ethernet or WiFi?

XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
They haven't specified but I don't think it is something that would be a hardware issue and the fact they said they would get a fix but it's just not easy does indicate firmware. Thanks for your volunteering, we'll let you know if we need you to try anything. You're very welcome! -
XR1000 | Open NAT Type on Multiple Consoles?
Netduma Fraser replied to P4UL's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
I did actually bring this up with NG and they have told me this is actually an issue they're looking into but unfortunately it is not a quick fix. The good thing is the consoles all do have an Open NAT and it's likely the game is just a misreading, that being said even if they are moderate they won't negatively impact your gameplay. -
Did you try my PM? It's likely that it will work properly when we release the next firmware so for the moment it may be best to use it behind the Google WiFi.
-
If you check the Internet Setup page on the XR which we know works and there are any differing settings there then we can copy that over to the R2 to see if it will work that way. We don't unfortunately as we're a small team. There is an issue we're looking at which is probably the reason why it isn't working correctly. I've sent you a PM.
