Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
It could just be as simple as the timing of when you're trying to play, I suspect if you played the same time tonight you would be able to get games as its the weekend -

We don't tend to make a habit of giving out betas, I have none I can give at the moment -

On the affected wireless devices can you make sure using randomized/private MAC addresses is disabled please and see if they work correctly then with QoS? -
XR1000 - QoS/Traffic Prior not working
Netduma Fraser replied to blkmage's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Okay great, keep us posted on that! Congestion Control really should be working though. Do you have anything connected behind the XR such as a switch or AP that devices are connected to or is it all just direct to the router? -
Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. We have to verify there is a fault before we can authorize a replacement so we'll have to go through steps you may have already tried first. If you could make a new topic that would be best so we can focus on your issue. If you could let us know the modem/router model the R2 is connected to in that post that would be a good starting point.

XR1000 - QoS/Traffic Prior not working
Netduma Fraser replied to blkmage's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
By DHCP server do you mean handled by the router or something like PiHole instead? Yeah it should have been more than that, that port is generally not used for main game traffic though which may be why. For ESO add these additional rules: TCP/UDP Dest: 24100-24507, 4380 -
XR1000 - QoS/Traffic Prior not working
Netduma Fraser replied to blkmage's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
We want it to be enabled otherwise it can cause QoS not to work correctly so you're right it will be enabled by default. Are you using IPv6, PPPoE, VLAN, DHCP identifers at all for your connection? -
Welcome R2 owners! We want your feedback!

By QoS are you referring to Bandwidth Allocation? Have you got Armor enabled? Have you disabled WMM in Advanced Wireless settings? -

Glad to hear it is resolved, do keep us posted on how you get on. Great thank you, hopefully we can get this done early week for you.

¿Cuáles eran los problemas que tenías con él?
-
One of the ports there are limited to 100Mbits, try with a different ethernet cable and see if you get better speeds
-
The Connection Benchmark speeds we're still improving on so you can ignore that for the moment. Speedtest.net is odd though, can you take a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please and post here? How did you disable QoS exactly?
-
Nothing yet unfortunately we're working on it this sprint I believe
-
Ah have you been posting here each time through your phone? If so we wouldn't know it, if you can post here while connected to the router we'll have the correct IP to try and access from
-
They'll connect remotely using your IP address, although that seems to have changed to IPv6 which we can't use, if you could disable that and post back here I'll give them the new IP

Sounds like a plan, keep us posted! -
Yes it would fix it, we're working on this issue currently and getting lots of useful data to help us, I don't have an ETA unfortunately
-
It's going to require a firmware fix so I don't think there is much else we can suggest as you've done all the potential workarounds. We could do a replacement but it may happen again
