100 ms est considérablement plus élevé, je veux dire opter pour des serveurs avec 30 à 40 ms

You have a very good ping and it's unlikely you'll get much better than that at all. I'd suggest trying to force servers slightly further away with a little higher ping as they may give a better game feel

Correct Setup (Help Required)
Netduma Fraser replied to alex.devine's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Use Always for Congestion Control and see if that resolves it please -
Glad to hear you got it working. I'd suggest going through the tours on the interface, you can initiate the welcome tour by clicking the ? icon on the top of the interface and there are also our optimal settings guides https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646

Correct Setup (Help Required)
Netduma Fraser replied to alex.devine's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Are the TVs now connected to the XR or do they need to be connected to the BT hub? Are you using Always for Congestion Control? -
Missing JSON response
Netduma Fraser replied to David824's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Ah that will be why the error is occurring then because it's essentially logged you out but you're still on the page - the web browser you're using can affect it, try using Chrome and see if it stays logged in -
Reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and see if you get internet. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and do you know if you need PPPoE, VLAN etc to get internet?

What is the actual ping you're seeing on the Geo-Filter & in game when playing?

What page are you seeing the pop up on now? So the interface will be timing you out if it doesn't notice any input for a little while so that is normal -
Hey, welcome to the forum! So immediately after completing the wizard it refreshes and takes you back to the beginning of the wizard? Once you finish the wizard, even if it takes you back to the beginning type 192.168.77.1 into the web browser and press enter - does it take you to the main interface?

When downloading on PC sucks all the Data
Netduma Fraser replied to Irving Rodriguez's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Congestion Control will only kick in when Traffic Prioritization is active, if you're just downloading it won't be active and therefore won't counter act the issues, switch Congestion Control to Always then see if that resolves it. -
Brilliant! That will be the max you can get as the ethernet ports support 1000Mbps and usually 50Mbps is taken off when routing

Netduma r2 in UAE, Shipping and does it work ?
Netduma Fraser replied to KeReFiS's topic in Community Discussion
Thanks for doing that, definitely not a cable issue then, I'll see if the dev is able to take a look on Monday -
No I don't believe so, we're working with NG to allow for a more full backup
-
That all seems fine, it could be that because it's quite a new game there are a lot of people playing it currently and that's putting strain on the servers as the ping on your side to the server hasn't changed at all. In that case I would suggest setting everything up as you want it and then make a back up in settings so you can speed up setup should it happen again
-
Ah, good to see you found the problem, that will be down to your ISP so maybe an idea to bring it up with them or look into changing provider
-
Cela n'a fait aucune différence? Pouvez-vous fournir une capture d'écran de la page QoS s'il vous plaît ?
-
Most people don't have a connection entirely to themselves which is why it would help more for the majority. Keep the Geo-Filter on the West Coast to force those servers and your ping should be pretty steady. You could get an ethernet adapter for the phone which would give you more stability than using WiFi.
-
That's a big reason you're not seeing any difference in ping then, you're not competing for bandwidth with any other devices. Closest servers to you are in the US which is where the game would probably put you anyway, as long as you're forcing the West coast then you're doing all you can in that sense.
-
Do you only have one device in your household that connects to the internet?
-
The speed on Benchmark doesn't matter too much as it uses different servers, the speedtest.net test is the one to focus on
-
Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu , if you have done it correctly then each panel on the QoS page will say QoS disabled, then re-test on speedtest.net and see what you get please.
-
What is the model of the modem/router your XR is connected to - i.e. the router/modem provided to you by the Internet Provider or is it connected directly to the wall/ONT? Where are other devices connected? ALL devices should be connected to the XR for QoS to work effectively. Reset Bandwidth Allocation, gaming barely uses any bandwidth so giving it more won't make a difference. Also 99% is likely too high to effectively combat any bufferbloat, we usually suggest starting with 70%.

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!

Resync the cloud and then ping, it should be working now -
I've moved the topic for you to CoD support. Do go through the optimal settings guides as there is a lot of information there. Also, every connection is different so settings will be different for everyone so experimentation is recommended.
