Try putting the whole device behind the VPN instead, if it's not working through the normal client then it's likely they're banning VPN IPs
-
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.

Great to hear that, thanks for the update!

I wouldn't have thought so, how have you added the PC to the VPN exactly? I do think they may be cracking down on VPN IPs.

Put Ping Assist to 0 and search for a game again and see if that improves it

Netduma R2 only getting 100mbps on a 400Mbps plan
Netduma Fraser replied to Jpostberg's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Hey, welcome to the forum! Thanks very much for the photos, so it looks like the internet port and a LAN port are limited to 100Mbits which will be where the issue is coming from, try a different cable connecting the R2 to the modem and another for your LAN port and see if you get faster speeds then. -
R2 keeps losing internet connection
Netduma Fraser replied to Spellgoth's topic in Netduma R2 Support
.166 is the latest so go for that one -
Could you clarify what you mean exactly? You said you had an isolated network on the DumaOS routers but does that mean you have devices connected to the livebox?

Warzone 2.0 Geofilter - never finds a game
Netduma Fraser replied to SwirlyWirley's topic in Call of Duty Support
Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a higher ping server? Where is it you're located approximately? -
QoS will be the main thing to change if you're using this
-
Do you have the Allow us to collate data enabled in Settings? On your web browser could you access and remove any devices/polygons you've made, then retry accessing using the app please?
-
It's worth trying different options, the XR1000 has hardware acceleration for example so the same settings won't necessarily be as effective on both

Working well in what sense exactly? -
So you change the DMZ each time you switch the router over? Do you connect all devices to each or are there devices still connected to the Livebox? Both routers vary quite differently in hardware so settings that work for one may not necessarily work well for the other. It's best to experiment with each to find what works best.

What is the model of the modem/router they connect to and how do you have this setup?

You'll have to keep an eye out on this guide for firmware progress https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress it's updated weekly

Are you using the exact same settings on both? Do you swap the routers out or connect one to the other?
-
It's not supported on the current version of the app, that will be resolved for the next version

Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely - from the System Tray as well Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. -
No you don't do that and it's not necessary, all that's needed to do is the above.
