  1. Did you still continue to experience disconnects without the router connected and after they adjusted those settings? The logs look okay, other than of course the entries we were looking at previously, it's really hard to say what might be happening, a few appear to be IPs linked to ads, others linked with broadband. Do you know if you have a dynamic IP? If so, potentially changing your public IP may help if it was targeted. If you do then unplugging the modem from power for 10 minutes may change it.
  2. We will very likely have different themes in future but the Telstra theme is exclusive to the Telstra models
  3. The XR1000 is the slowest interface of them all, I think this may be due to the addition of Armor, disabling this, clearing browser cache/cookies and then reloading each page once should speed it up. Also ensuring a connection to the interface using HTTP over HTTPS. Thanks for the suggestions, I will pass them onto the team to have a look at, it's not something I'd feel comfortable commenting on.
  4. Thanks for the feedback, I'll add it to our lists!

  6. It will be automatic, if you want to make sure/get it faster (if it hasn't auto updated yet) then you can resync the cloud to download the updates
  7. You won't see any saturation with QoS on regardless of the speeds. Although it's harder to saturate your speeds a single download could saturate it which is why it's still a good idea to use it.
  8. You don't have to disable it but you could set it to Auto Enable so it only applies when gaming and the rest of the time you'll get full bandwidth
  9. We've done some updates now, let us know how you get on.
  10. If you're using a pure modem, setting it on the router is fine, if you're using an ISP router as well then it would be best to set this on that as well
  11. We will try to improve it as much as we can but it will be limited by the locations of the available servers
  12. Interesting, definitely worth testing but I've not seen anyone have an issue related to the order of ports. We'd have to pass that onto Netgear but we can definitely do that and see if they can implement it.
  13. Yes and no, it's due to the speedtest servers we use, they don't report the full speeds for everyone, it depends on what server it tries to connect you to
  14. It's because it's reporting half the value you have set, as long as you're getting expected speeds through speedtest.net for example then no need to worry, the router won't be limiting you.
  15. Ah so it was basically locked to the previous router, that's good to know, thanks for the update, glad you're all connected!
  16. We're still improving the results for benchmark so that's to be expected but that's really great to hear, thanks for coming back to us with an update!
  17. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Are you using PPPoE or VLAN?
  18. No se mostraría abierto allí al usar esa opción, ya que UPnP no lo ha abierto, pero siempre que tenga un NAT abierto, entonces está funcionando.
  19. Hey, welcome to the forum! You'll need to sign up here for R2 Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  20. Are any more devices being used on the network at the time? Are you playing during peak or off peak times?
  21. You are on an older version so let's get you updated to the latest and see if you have the same problem: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39522-new-r2-firmware-32453/
  22. I'll pass it onto the team and they'll look into it tomorrow, they should be able to update the whitelist.
  23. Well that's the thing, if you assume it is UPnP on the router causing the issue then port forwarding would almost certainly work - the fact that the console instantly switches the port back seems strange to me - I would expect it would say that it's done it to prevent a port conflict if it was intended behavior. You could try port triggering instead and see if that works.
  24. When it asks you for the login, if you click cancel instead (may need to do this a few times), it should show you the recovery questions, if you complete that can you get into the interface then?
