  1. Mientras está conectado al enrutador a través de una PC con Windows, abra el símbolo del sistema, escriba ipconfig, presione Intro y luego publique una captura de pantalla de los resultados aquí, por favor.
  2. If you're wanting DumaOS + WiFi 6 then the only option is the XR1000 at this time. Every platform has it's bugs and of course it will seem like they're huge issues because looking at the forum that's all you see but it is only a small percentage of customers so it's not a guarantee you'll encounter issues. The difference between the two is a slight hardware change but functionally they will be the same.
  3. If it's reading open without that port showing then it probably is open but just not appearing and when it's showing moderate it's likely to be a misreading. I think there are some issues with UPnP showing the ports but it does seem to work in the backend, one for NG to take a look at.
  7. Thanks for the log, I'm going to pass it onto the team to see if there is anything there that may be causing the issue. It will be prioritizing ports 1024-65535
  8. Ah yes that is what I saw haha. I think it's best if I pass the logs onto a dev and get back to you, they don't look right.
  9. Ahh it's the date that appears incorrect, almost two weeks out by the looks of it, could you reset the timezone and see if you can get that to update? Once it has give the router a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if Congestion Control works correctly please.
  10. Interesting, in the log it looks like there is a timezone conflict, could you provide a screenshot of the System Information page please? What timezone are you in?
  11. Right so what you're saying is it is incorrectly showing Apex/Rocket League on the Network Monitor when playing. I've not seen anyone else with the issue, it is likely there is a mis-configuration somewhere, on the console itself are you using manual network settings changed the DNS etc? Could you provide the log from the System Information page please when the issue happens before you do a reboot?
  12. Hello, welcome to the forum! I can make a request to get the game added, we haven't specifically tested the game but with the PS5 added to the Geo-Filter with the Manual option you may be able to filter the game.
  13. Thanks for that, on the System Information page does the time match your time/time zone? Have you changed any settings on the DHCP page?
  14. How are you determining it's just those two games that it's prioritizing? After a reset what settings are you changing specifically, just Traffic Prioritization?
  15. Could you set Congestion Control to 100% then lower them and then grab the log file from the System Information page please?
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! We've not confirmed an R3 at this time so if you want WiFi 6 then the XR1000 is the best bet.
  17. As in, it's in the DMZ option in WAN Settings or you've literally made a port forwarding rule for 1-65535? If either of those can you disable it please and see if Traffic Prio behaves more normally please?
  18. Thank you for that, what is the IP you use to access your modem interface?

  20. Yeah the browser isn't great, if it's all good from a PC then it will be the same for the console. It's up to you, use Always if you want it to always apply or Auto-Enable when you're just gaming.
  21. It might happen once a week, would you say that's accurate? If so it's definitely the DHCP lease renewal causing it. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  22. Have you got the console in the DMZ by any chance?
