You should just be able to zoom the map in then scroll down the page to see Auto Ping. You can't resize the panels on this page but if you pin the Auto Ping and Geo Map panels to the dashboard you can then resize them on the dashboard according to your preference.

Initially it probably just wasn't able to access the server that checks for the firmware. Copy the WAN IP shown on the XR System Information page, then access your ISP modem/router, find the DMZ option and paste that IP in. Restart your PC then check your NAT type.

I don't think the unknown device has anything to do with it really, on the ISP router have you set a static/reserved IP for the XR? If not please do that. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range. Then disable DHCP entirely, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.

You don't need to allocate much bandwidth to gaming and if you still have that allocation set that may be why the speed result is lower as a speed test isn't classed as gaming
