  1. Thanks for the solution, very strange, do let us know if it happens again!
  2. It's possible it's not receiving the proper power, is it plugged into an extender? If so please try direct to a wall outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter of similar voltage that you can try with?
  3. Ahh that's brilliant to hear, glad we got there! You're very welcome, thank you!
  4. When you say a new ID, do you mean you made a new account for playing? If so that's very weird. Previously were you setting up the Geo-Filter while you were already on the game?
  5. Great to hear you've managed to get it all sorted! You may need to resync the cloud first and then it should work but as above it's something we're continuing to develop and it is quite new
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! It is a current open ticket that we're working on resolving at the moment, I don't have an ETA on it but I'm hoping for the next version. I have a ticket meeting tomorrow so I will bring that up to get it expedited.
  7. Hola, si pudieras abrir un tema nuevo e incluir los archivos que has descargado para la VPN ahí te puedo aconsejar mejor que hacer.
  8. Does your modem have WiFi so you can connect the TV to it? If so I'd suggest trying that as well just to double check it is the TV but it does sound like it. You haven't wasted our time at all, that's what we're here for!
  9. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what do you see when you try accessing the interface exactly? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  10. Good advice above, all you'll need to do is put the IP in the DMZ that the hub gives the R2 so you'll see that on the hub attached devices page, alternatively you can find it on the R2 System Information page. If you can't find it or it doesn't have it then you can make a port forwarding rule on the hub for the R2 doing ports 1-65535 TCP/UDP to the same IP address you would use for the DMZ.
  11. No nothing you need to do specifically just as you would normally use, all devices connected to R2 for example
  12. What is the VPN provider you're using exactly? In the logs for VPN does it fail purely based on no authentication?
  13. Go off the ones on speedtest.net if they're accurate and more stable, once entered you can find what works for those speeds and then you won't need to adjust it again
  14. Not sure about those ones, the diameter for the input plug doesn't seem right but in terms of voltage they're correct
  15. Really sorry for the delay, I have asked but not got any response, I've chased again. Though we are doing a big DPI update so this may benefit it on the Geo-Filter.
  16. Yep sorry about that, just best to avoid that server all together! It's possible it is mislocated on the map though so if you can provide the ID of that French server I can double check. That's great to hear and thanks for the kind words! You have a great night too!
  17. So that packet loss you're seeing at the top you can ignore, only if you see red bars on the bottom graph is when you should be concerned by packet loss. The ping itself that you're getting isn't too spiky really so it's not bad, could be better of course but it's unlikely the ISP would do anything about it as its not severe enough.
  18. Interesting, in WAN Settings could you disable the protection option at the top and then test. If it continues to happen, on that same page set NAT to Open and check again please.
  19. Tiene la PS5 agregada al Geo-Filter, así que cuando juegue Fortnite, deshabilite el filtrado, cuando juegue Warzone, habilite el filtrado.
  20. Could you just try over WiFi to test if you're still getting the same issue? If you're not then it might be the cable which would make sense as its the only device affected.
  21. Under what circumstances were these tests done? Were they with nothing using the internet or normal usage, were you saturating and using QoS?
  22. When you say QoS enabled, what do you mean exactly? As in just being on and not disabled fully from the menu? Do you have to disable both to get it to work or can you disable Traffic Prio and it will work?
  23. How is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi and do you experience the disconnects on both methods of connecting?
  24. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, is Traffic Prioritization actively prioritizing when the TV is being used? What are your internet speeds?
  25. You can't block a server that has been whitelisted, we have to remove it from the whitelist before you can force. All those IDs there are from the HK servers that appear with the white circle is that correct?
