Okay thanks, I've passed it onto the team to take a further look
-
Is it failing to download the cloud, is that the message you're getting when resyncing?
-
If you could check now please, it will have only happened recently
-
I believe so, I've not been able to check in with the team yet but it seems to be improved, give the router a reboot then resync the cloud and see if it is working please.

Okay no worries, could you just give it a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then check again please? If that doesn't work we will look further into it tomorrow and get it resolved. That's due to the games updating servers so then we need to go and update it manually so it won't always be 100% up if you see what I mean. Ironically, we pushed a workaround to ensure that we don't need to update it as often and I think that may be why the initial issue we're talking about has come about.

-
If it's a cloud issue most people will have the issue, we'll get it reverted on Tuesday and see if that resolves it
-
It's possible we've put out a bad cloud update so I'm going to get the team to revert to the previous version on Tuesday to see if that helps.
-
You have Early Access so try the firmware there and see if that resolves it for you
-
Which firmware is the R2 on currently?
-
Putting the R2 in its DMZ wouldn't cause any devices connected to the R2 to be open to the internet, the R2 has a firewall so it is safe to do so, try with that and see if IPv6 then works
-
By cascade do you mean you've put the R2 in the AX DMZ as I can't see a specific cascade option on their manual
-
Not quite, having IPv6 enabled on LAN would give devices local IPv6 addresses like you get with IPv4 192.168.77.100 for example. IPv6 was designed to deal with the shortage of IPv4 addresses but on your local network you're not going to have that problem so this can be disabled, a local IPv6 address isn't required for a public IPv6 address, as long as WAN is enabled then each device will use the public IPv6 address.
-
You only need to have it enabled for the WAN, you can disable it on LAN

Eso está bien, pero en el R2 pon la consola en el R2 DMZ
-
Intente poner la consola en la DMZ y vea si funciona, por favor
