  1. Hey, welcome to the forum! You won't be able to use all the features of the app as the 500 doesn't currently have the 3.2 update. Login but select Nighthawk as the option rather than auto detecting and it should work.
  2. Just to be clear, is this a memory issue you're seeing on the game/console? Doesn't sound like a network issue, more like a game/console bug. How much free space does your console have?
  3. The lease time is determined by the router, so by setting reserved IP addresses and disabling DHCP it doesn't go through this process and should retain the same IP the entire time.
  4. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then attempt access
  5. ¿Dónde estás comprobando NAT, en el juego o en la propia consola y qué dicen ambos?
  6. I do believe some games are starting to ban VPN IP addresses so that could be it, keep us posted
  7. Deberá hacer un ticket con Netgear directamente en support.netgear.com y es posible que puedan hacerlo por usted. No es posible a través de la interfaz.
  8. Check that it hasn't reverted the view to devices or upload instead of download or vice versa
  9. Correct, bridge mode passes all traffic straight through to the XR so should be unaffected by the modem settings
  10. You don't need to turn everything off, once bridged that's all done and you can just use the XR
  11. The IP address should be the same, you can access using routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 on the rare occassion that it has changed you would access using 10.0.0.1 or it can still be accessed using routerlogin.net I'd recommend having a look at our Optimal Settings Guides: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  12. Internet Explorer is very old so any modern browsers like the ones you mentioned will work
  13. Are you doing an update where it looks for the latest and installs itself or where you've manually downloaded/uploaded the firmware to it?
  14. No not currently, it's still on our list to implement
  15. What issue are you having specifically? Should just be a case of connecting them together
  16. Excellent well done! There is more work we need to do on HybridVPN. I removed /32 from your config as that was the only thing different between the two
  17. Try this instead: [Interface] Address= 10.5.0.2 PrivateKey= <PrivateKey> ListenPort =51820 dns = 1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1 [Peer] PublicKey= <PublicKey AllowedIPs =0.0.0.0/0 Endpoint = br75.nordvpn.com:51820
  18. It is an authentication server required for online play, it is not a game server and will not affect your game ping, that's why it has been whitelisted and unable to be blocked. The server in Europe is your game server.
  19. Could you make sure your R2 is accessible, so in DMZ of modem/router, remote support in WAN Settings, then PM me & @Netduma Liam with the ARP entries you want and we can see if the team can do that for you
  20. Try upgrading or downgrading to the above firmware from the Adv Settings there, followed by the reset sequence
  21. Very strange, the routing changes, do keep us posted, certainly a unique issue here
  22. So the Xbox appears greyed out showing Do NOT VPN these services? We don't have any particular recommendations, you don't have to use Wireguard, I understand why you would want to for the faster speeds but if you're just using it while gaming then it's not necessary, gaming uses ~1Mbps maximum
  23. Ahh well done, there are some fixes surrounding IPv6/DNS that we're working on. How have you added the console to the VPN page? Sometimes when that happens changing server or even provider works as I think they may ban some of the more popular providers.
  24. Speedtest.net is using a different server to your first good ping so if you switch it to use the normal server what ping do you then get? Can you show the traceroute for the good ping as well please so we can compare - although we don't control the routing your ISP uses and ping is good from the R2 to the modem
  25. I can't see why that would have made any difference to the IP address amount of any devices, did it at least get rid of the unknown device? The ISP modem should either be in bridge mode or have the XR WAN IP in its DMZ ideally.
