  1. WiFi won't be the best way to play but try these suggestions, they may help make it more stable. Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  2. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  3. Alright keep us posted!
  4. No tenemos recomendaciones específicas. No recomendaría usar una VPN para jugar si quieres una buena conexión, ya que aumentará tu ping.
  5. Access the interface using 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm then upgrade to the beta: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/ that should get you sorted
  6. You will have deleted the device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization. You will need to re-connect the device to the router that was previously added to Traffic Prio with the same name, device type and connection method and the error will go, otherwise you'll have to do a factory reset
  7. When did this issue first start to appear exactly? Was it by any chance after deleting a device from the Device Manager or adjusting a setting for a device? Most likely you'll need to factory reset in order to clear that error
  8. We don't give out release dates for firmware but it is being worked on and yes that will be coming as far as I know.
  9. The way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. For Fortnite it's best to disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This would actually be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.
  10. Not to worry, people have made that mistake before, I should be more clear! Glad to hear it's working!
  11. I've given you access, enjoy!
  12. Not sure when in the log specifically you were having issues but your public/WAN IP seems to be renewing quite frequently which could be part of it, can you set that as static and see if that improves it? The cloud files are so small I'd be very surprised if they caused any packet loss
  13. Avant d'allumer la console serait ma recommandation mais au moins pendant que vous êtes sur la console avant de lancer le jeu depuis le tableau de bord
  14. What do you mean by exceed bandwidth exactly? Using more than you've allocated? Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all so you shouldn't see it happen unless the other device was being used or the console was doing an update
  15. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from the WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if it's more stable from then on.
  16. If you have a look at the connection details on the console, is it receiving an IP address from the router at all? Are there any settings you've made for the console specifically since the reset?
  17. If that's what you have it set to then yes leave it at that, it's working well. You don't need to use the Adblocker on any devices you don't want to, it's not really necessary for a console. No you don't need to add that, it's included by default.
  18. We're still improving that feature so it's not always accurate
  19. He's super busy at the moment and I think this will require full testing - it was never an easy game to filter - that's why strict mode exists purely for this game. I think it's best to play with the Geo disabled for the moment.
  20. Your Connection Benchmark is great, A+ for Ping Under Load so you can ignore waveform, your QoS settings are working very well. You can leave the port forwarding rule disabled then that should be fine.
  21. Can you take a screenshot of the rule please? Can you take a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test? You can keep WAN as their defaults
  22. The wrong credentials are being used, enter the serial number from the bottom of the router in and you can reset it
  23. Ah I see what you're doing, not the Device Manager on your PC, the Device Manager on the router interface
  24. I've given you access to the new firmware. When the disconnect happens do you still have access to the interface? If so can you provide the log from the System Information page please when it happens?
  25. Delete it from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager and click on your device, then on the window that appears you can change the device type from there and then you can re-add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option.
