  1. Yes most likely it would help, try it for a month and see if you notice a difference, if not just cancel it and potentially look into another ISP
  2. I haven't played eFootball so not sure what it's like in game but can you see the ping at all? If so is it what you would expect if the Geo-Filter was keeping it to that radius? Basically want to know if it is working in the background but just not showing anything or not doing anything at all.
  3. ¿Están todos tus dispositivos agregados allí? ¿Con qué frecuencia se desconecta ahora después del cambio?
  4. Okay well that's a good sign, goes to show that was actually the issue. Not sure what dynamic on your side in some way is supposed to mean exactly. It might take a little time to settle before it gives a more consistent stable experience but if not may be worth looking at another ISP that doesn't use CG-NAT.
  5. Try with QoS disabled first, that will give you a good idea of what it is capable to achieve. It may be PPPoE slowing it down, so what I would suggest next is perhaps having the XR500 handling PPPoE, with the R2 in the 500 DMZ then remove PPPoE from the R2 and see what you get.
  6. ¿Podría proporcionar una captura de pantalla de su página de configuración de LAN, por favor? Es un problema de Netgear, así que tenemos que esperar a que lo arreglen, desafortunadamente, la degradación no ayudará.
  7. If you ping something on Heatmap are the servers appearing for you there?
  8. I don't think anything has changed on our end, if you check eFootball on Ping Heatmap do you see the servers appearing there?
  9. Check the Geo-Filter ping when that happens, is it rising as well? When you get dropped look at the Geo map, is anything being blocked?
  10. Hey, welcome to the forum! Looks like you've put your expected speeds in which is great, disable SmartQoS/QoS fully then do a third party test, what is the speed you get then? There are only a few settings that will boost the speed - disabling QoS entirely and disabling the protection options in WAN Settings, whatever you get then will be your max
  11. You'll only see servers when searching for a game/when you're in a game
  12. Did you factory reset after the update? It's a big change so may be some remnants of the previous version causing some issues
  13. Do you have your device in the DMZ by any chance or have you made a Traffic Controller rule for it?
  14. Using that interval will show bad results, what results do you get leaving it on the default?
  15. Check the IP on the device itself then check that against the IP on the Device Manager of the device you think it is, do they match?
  16. No it should already have the PlayStation device type on the Device Manager so you can just follow the rest of the instructions
  17. You should do if you followed all those steps, can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please when this happens? Make sure you're completely zoomed out. What game are you playing?
  18. It's not missing, it's accessible using the DumaOS mobile app and you'll have the same features. Smart QoS is currently only available on the R2 while it is being developed.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  20. That's because we can't have dumaweb outside of the app on the 700 unfortunately. I did pass that onto the team to do a heatmap update for it so should be done on Monday. Make sure you set the polygons before you have booted up the game then it should work.
  21. You got it, nice one! The downgrade message is just due to the way the numbering has been done, nothing to worry about!
  22. Yeah probably best to stay on latest official for the security patches if that concerns you
  23. I'm not sure what public version it's based off (I assume the latest) but I would recommend caution if that is of concern to you and go with the official public release
  24. I'd recommend upgrading to the very latest firmware here which will give you new features and should resolve the issue: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  25. That can be resolved by a cloud update, I'll get the team to do that. What else is missing? Good to know thank you, I'll pass that onto the team to take a look.
