  1. Do you have any custom rules setup for the MacBook for example such as Traffic Controller, DMZ, port forwarding, Traffic Prio etc?
  2. Could you provide a screenshot of the Adblocker page please? Did you add the PiHole list in the same way?
  3. You have the Games Console rule there that will be prioritizing it properly. If you want to use custom ports we recommend leaving source ports at their default 1 - 65535
  4. There are servers there they just don't always appear to be join-able so it can be hard to force it specifically
  5. The Geo-Filter just connects you to the server of your choice, if the ping is too high then you may need to fine tune QoS but as it is a beta I suspect there are some connection issues
  6. Yes it does, when a server has a white circle around it it's either been added to the allow list by you or whitelisted by us - that one is definitely whitelisted, it's an authentication server required for online play. The biggest icon will always be your game server.
  7. Yes it will, as long as we have support for the game but yes most games will work, even those we haven't specifically tested
  8. That would be with QoS disabled most likely though you might be able to get that with QoS enabled
  9. It's better to do it with all your devices connected and using the internet as they normally would so that QoS can be fine tuned to help out when you need it the most. Is it the 500 you're on? If so you could always try the beta
  10. Looks very good, can't get better than that!
  11. Do you have a Traffic Prioritization rule enabled? Disable Private Addresses on the iPhone then it should be blocked correctly.
  12. We haven't seen the issue much at all anymore, I'm confident the next firmware will only build on that. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  13. I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
  14. There aren't any Netgear fixes just from our side, I've not heard of that issue happening at all, let's get you upgraded and if you have the same issue we can look into it further. I've added you to the beta.
  15. Best thing to do in that scenario is to go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type. Then go back to the Geo-Filter and add the PC with the Manual option, that will add it as a console and allow you to filter multiple games without changing the service.
  16. In theory 950/950 but I'd expect something closer to 900/600 in reality
  17. You may have an issue that other people don't, in this case until that's been done I can't say if they're experiencing a bug or not
  18. Correct you won't get symmetric 1000Mbps out of the R2
  19. I think in this instance it's likely to be share excess needs to be disabled for upload
  20. You'll need to disable Share Excess for upload as well and it should work. What are the specific devices you're unable to block specifically? It's definitely not as fast as the other platforms, we'll optimize that as much as we can. Taking too long message appearing doesn't mean it isn't working, if you wait a minute then refresh it will have applied but it is odd you're seeing it so frequently, did you have this issue after upgrading to the latest version?
  21. I think the best idea would be to re-install the firmware, you shouldn't need to do a factory reset after, see if that resolves it
  22. When did the issue occur exactly, was it after changing a setting?
  23. Hello, welcome to the forum! Are you determining this by doing a speedtest? If so you'll have Share Excess enabled, disabling this will then act as a hard limit for the allocations. Are you doing this on the Device Manager? Are you using Armor? Clearing browser cache/cookies then refreshing each page once should make it faster after that What changes specifically are you making when getting the too long message? The device not found message means you've deleted a device and it was currently added to Traffic Prio or the Geo-Filter for example - a factory reset or connecting the devices back via the same method, 2.4/5Ghz/ethernet and with the same name/device type will fix it.
