  4. If you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control panel menu ≡ what speeds do you get then? Are ALL devices connected to the XR or are some connected to your ISP modem/router?

  8. I believe it's in the testing phase at the moment so I think the 1000 will release first then the 450

  10. As above if you can grab some captures for us that will allow us to add it more easily as we don't generally test mobile games too often

It's this: "Otherwise, it's likely because you deleted the device that was added to the Geo-Filter previously from the Device Manager, reconnect the device in the same way and give it the same name/device type and that should eliminate the error." but for a device you had added to Traffic Prio that you would have deleted from the Device Manager, re-add it in the above way and it should work.

  14. If you specifically prioritize it does it work? If not if you have no priorities/favorites does it work?

  17. Get it working again and before you reboot it (you shouldn't need to reboot too often) disable it and we'll look into the issue
  18. That's the only settings you're changing on the entire router? It only happens when rebooting with it enabled?

  23. Ping Heatmap pings a list of IP addresses from the game that we feed it, this means it can be out of date sometimes, whereas the Geo-Filter shows active connections. It is also possible that servers could be mislocated on one or the other, showing a higher than expected ping. They're separate features but we have plans to more closely link them together.
