  1. I mean the table there does seem to show the average speeds across the world still aren't that high so only a small amount of people would benefit, if a particular country made up the majority of our sales and had those kind of speeds readily available it would make sense but I don't think we're at that stage yet. Closest would be the XR700 but it's no longer made so would have to be bought second hand. Not ruling it out, just right now I don't think that's our focus, we generally let Netgear do the big hardware and we focus on the software.
  2. Hey everyone, it's been a long time coming, I feel your pain, the wait is (basically) over! So we were planning to put the XR700 out today in Early Access, the mobile view you may have seen on the R2 requires the app to have that working on the 700 rather than a mobile web browser, as of now it's looking as though the app will be approved/go out on the respective app stores on Monday so we're holding off on the grand launch until then as without it you're missing a big part of what has gone into the update. HOWEVER, I know you guys have been waiting for a long time and so I wanted to at least give you something. So, if you absolutely cannot wait until Monday, please post below and I will PM you the firmware. Do keep in mind you'll be missing the updated mobile view which is a big part of it. I will like your post when I've sent you a PM with it.
  3. Support will be coming, we're working on it at the moment and it will come to the 1000 shortly
  4. Support will be coming, we're working on it at the moment and it will come to the 1000 shortly, the ports apparently for it are: TCP: 27015, 27036, 29998 UDP: 27015, 27031-27036, 29998
  5. Okay great so it does work with the Geo-Filter, just looks like they don't have many servers to choose from.
  7. Most likely a server misclassified as a peer, that happens especially for new games we may not have support for/that don't use common game servers. Probably a separate chat server being blocked or it's doing the chat via P2P using the server as a relay which is why it can't be seen and is blocked. If you force the central area can you get that 60 ping?
  8. That sounds like a good test to determine whether it's the sole cause, keep us posted!
  9. Okay if you just leave it disabled does it still happen?
  10. On the web interface it's known as Auto Setup on the Congestion Control panel. A new app update will be out soon that should be more stable.
  11. That looks fine, what game is it you're trying to play? What device/web browser are you using to access?
  12. Yes that's correct, I've given you Early Access so upgrade to that, do the same DHCP steps and see if it's more stable then: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  13. As long as it is added like this: It will be applying to the entire device. If you're using popular VPN providers those servers will be targeted for a ban over smaller less known providers.
  14. I'll chase it and see if we can get it added
  15. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add it to our list.
  16. Good advice above as I haven't come across this game yet. What is your radius set to though? The screenshot above would indicate the server is outside your radius.
  17. Hello, welcome to the forum! I can't see why it wouldn't work, I believe people have used mesh with it in the past successfully. We don't have any specific recommendations though.
  18. Ahh glad to hear that. We'll need to update the cloud for Infinite, thanks for bringing it to our attention, we'll get that sorted.
  19. I think Alex resolved this in the newest DPI update Thanks for that, as above we'll need at least one more capture
  20. Check back tomorrow... 😉
  21. Check back tomorrow... 😉
  22. Do you know what firmware version you're on currently? It may be worth applying for Early Access as that may be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ In the meantime, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  23. Thanks for the update, keep us posted!
  24. There will be an app update shortly, whether or not that fixes your issue or not I couldn't say. The dev will need to take a look at the logs, determine the cause, write a fix, test the fix etc.
  25. Great thank you, I'll pass it on to the dev.
