  1. You would have to add every single device to the VPN, there is no way currently to apply it to the entire network. I don't think so, the rules you have available are the applications/services listed and the ports. Not sure I follow, if you disable the WiFi you'll have to re-enable it manually if you want it back on
  2. With Share Excess enabled on Bandwidth Allocation devices will be able to exceed their allocation if they need it so you'll see speeds up to the Congestion Control limit and so you'll know it's working if that is the limit. We're still improving that feature so if it puts it to 100% Congestion Control won't be doing much so best to manually change it for the moment.
  3. If you haven't done a factory reset as above make sure you do so as a lot has changed, otherwise, try these suggestions: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  4. We've implemented a workaround now that should result in it not getting outdated as often so do keep an eye on it and let us know if it goes down
  5. Glad to hear that, thanks for the update, do let us know if it happens again
  6. Hey, welcome to the forum! Could you expand on what isn't working about it exactly? Due to the way the feature works it can sometimes appear that it isn't working correctly
  7. As in the first time you used the feature you just used the one we recommended and it didn't work right away? No you'll lose all features by putting it in AP mode. It may be best to do a factory reset then try again with the Adblocker list
  8. Try it direct to your modem, if you get the same problem then likely some type of ban or your ISP is under extreme load
  9. In essence: "Smart QoS replaces the Bandwidth Allocation and Traffic Prioritisation features in our existing QoS. Thanks to its knowledge of each activity’s bandwidth requirements for different levels of quality, Smart QoS automatically adjusts itself according to your preferences - minimising the amount of bandwidth each application uses while still maintaining maximum quality. Put simply, Smart QoS ensures every priority in your home gets exactly what it needs for the best possible experience."
  10. The beta is for the XR500 is the very latest, would definitely suggest trying it, I've given you access. Nothing specifically just the normal things we recommend and of course experimenting to find out what works best for your specific network
  11. It's a small file so it shouldn't be having trouble with that, I see you have a lot of lists there, how big were the lists precisely in Mb? If it's too big Adblocker can get into a weird state which I think is what may have happened here
  12. Only for the R2 at the moment, it's in sort of an alpha state so we're still building it out
  13. I have heard that if enough people report you in quick succession that it basically kicks you from the game, so if you have 2-3 people do it that's it
  14. Save the list as a text file and then upload it as a file rather than online list and see if it works then please
  15. If you can provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when that happens I can better understand what may be happening
  16. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  17. On the Macbook, if you have a look at the Adblocker list: https://netduma.com/adblocker-lists/default-list.txt and pick a normal URL so something.com then try to access it through the web browser does it get blocked and show up on Adblocker?
  18. No you don't need to, they'll apply immediately, you're very welcome!
  19. Yes that is normal, as you may have seen us say many times gaming uses very little bandwidth but it really doesn't use much at all as you can see so nothing wrong there. Try forcing some different servers even if they're a bit further away and they may play better.
  20. You should be able to, can you provide a screenshot of what you see when this happens? I doubt they'll be doing any sort of detection but Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. Added
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! It has been requested before so it's possible that it will be implemented in the future but we don't have any immediate plans for it
