  1. Have you set Congestion Control to Always as it doesn't appear to be throttling the speed at all.
  2. Basically, ping a local website, do the downloads, look at the ping graph underneath, when the ping goes up apply Congestion Control, keep reducing the percentages until you get to the ping you started with without the downloads
  3. You're very welcome, glad it worked!
  4. Next time try from the top right for a reset and see if that works better. Great to hear the original issue is resolved though!
  5. If you reset via the button you'll need to hold it for 30 seconds, otherwise it will just reboot. On the interface was that using the 3 dots top right or in settings?
  8. Did you try the static IP route at all?
  9. Ah I can see how that would be a frustrating process, I'm not sure if there is much we can do to improve it but I will speak to the team about it
  10. You should still see devices connected to the AP on the Device Manager as though they were connected to the XR, they may appear offline but should still work with QoS
  11. They should be named when they connect back, best way to avoid it overall is to give them reserved IPs in LAN > DHCP
  12. Really depends on your routing/location but I'd say that's okay, I have 2 different connections in the same location with different providers, one has 9 hops with 4ms ping avg and the other 7 hops overall with 13ms avg
  13. It's probably that they've ceased support for config files specifically but they may still provide them, if not easy to cancel and try another one like Nord
  14. Yes you will need to do that, you will need to contact them, I think they've removed it from public view for some reason
  15. You can delete all offline devices from the Device Manager menu icon, if they reconnect then they'll just reappear but in your scenario looks like a lot are unused
  16. Great to hear that resolved it, in the meantime PPPoE/QoS/speeds is something we're looking into. As above if you're able to have your ISP modem/router or switch to a modem/router combo that would do the trick, any should work just fine.
  17. Let us know how you get on but the quantity of devices shouldn't negatively impact it. It's probably the DHCP issue, though the workaround probably isn't something you want to do 40 times but if you want to try then in LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .100, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .99 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  18. Que bom ouvir isso, obrigado pela atualização!
  19. It should wipe completely and go back to 100%, how did you do the factory reset?
  20. This is why you should use the guide I mentioned instead as that will actually more closely simulate what your normal connection will be like rather than a 3rd party test that doesn't saturate your connection
  21. To answer your questions: No that is normal when using a custom config as it can't tell those details No you can ignore these As long as it's working no need to look at the log!
  22. I suspect from what you have said that you're unplugging the router to reboot it which could be causing the problem. Setup the router again, change any settings you want to then reboot the router from the interface and wait a few minutes before accessing. This acts as a hard save so that if/when you unplug it from power it won't reset itself/lose settings and devices should reconnect normally.
  23. Do you have any existing rules added or is it just that one you're trying to add?
  24. What are/were the port forwarding rules you were trying to make/manage to make exactly? It's most likely there was an overlap of some sort and it got itself into a state
  25. No worries, click the TV/Play icon top right on dumaweb, go to Settings and you can disable it from there. Nothing specifically but any should do really!
