  1. Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and see if it continues please
  2. I appreciate that you won't get as low a ping as you would hope to if the game doesn't have a server in your country but the Geo-Filter is still useful as it allows you to choose the servers you want to play on and ensure that the game never puts you overseas for example so it will keep you having a consistent connection. A network like that has been suggested before and it may be included in future but I don't think it's coming anytime soon.
  3. There isn't a beta for the XR1000 currently but if we do get a beta we'll let people know how they can join
  4. You can find Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ It's worth sending over the logs to us as there may be something there that may not immediately be indicative/obvious
  5. You already have the WiFi disabled, that's likely why the mirror mode isn't disabling, do the lights on the router still not disappear after a reboot?
  6. Have you definitely clicked save after the WiFi has been disabled? If not give it a reboot, have the lights gone off then?
  7. Puoi ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica tenendo premuto il pulsante di ripristino nella parte posteriore per 30 secondi, quindi rilasciarlo, attendere 2 minuti, quindi accedere e completare la configurazione guidata
  8. Not necessarily Ping Assist, could be enabling the Geo, moving location etc, it's definitely not been whitelisted
  10. That one hasn't been whitelisted, it must have been allowed before your settings had applied
  11. Yeah I'm aware, that's great then, you can just ignore the in built test!
  12. That's quite a small range, try the radius (not polygon) with a 1000km range and see if you get better results, set Ping Assist to 0
  13. Are you using Ping Assist exclusively without the radius or with the radius? Ping Assist is an assist, not a limit so it is possible to get higher pings than what you have set. It's better to use the radius only around your location if you don't want the chance of that happening.
  14. We're always working on DPI and with SmartQoS it's even more of a focus so we'll be doing a lot on it
  15. It's quite possible you've got a faulty unit actually as you shouldn't be seeing all those issues, I'd recommend contacting the retailer/Netgear to see if you can get a replacement.
  16. That's fair enough, I can understand why you wouldn't want to do a reset, I do think it's got itself into a weird state and so it won't work without that reset. It's possible re-upgrading the firmware might clear it, you could try that as it would be less disruptive and then if it doesn't work try the alternate methods you mentioned.
  17. Testing is going well, we don't have any ETAs but I'll make sure to get you guys added to the group once it's on the way. Thanks for the reminder about the page update, I've chased the team to get that sorted!
  18. Check by doing an actual upload from the console, if it goes faster than the reported speeds then you can just ignore it
  19. Hey, welcome to the forum! You'll likely need to disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control to reach closer to your expected speeds. DumaOS is more demanding than the very old firmware versions so that'll be why it's harder to reach those speeds with QoS enabled.
  20. Hello, welcome to the forum! If it's happening consistently every few days, when it's approaching the end of that time, i.e. where it's probably going to fail within a day could you grab the logs from the System Information page please and also provide a screenshot of the same page? Hopefully we'll be able to see something ramping up. I have given you Early Access as well so it may be worth trying that as it is more up to date and see if you experience the same issue.
  21. Hey, welcome to the forum! I haven't heard anything more about it specifically and no one has mentioned it in the beta that I can recall so it is possible it has been fixed for the beta, if you don't want to try it then it's possible if you re-install the existing firmware you're on may clear it
  22. Re-enter the URL manually and use the IP address, see if that then allows you to login correctly
