  1. Se hai abilitato il ping automatico, il ping verrà eseguito automaticamente (se è l'host) oppure puoi fare clic sull'icona sulla mappa per eseguire il ping manualmente.
  2. No there isn't a way to do that
  3. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page also please?
  4. Good advice above, first thing to do would be a factory reset in this situation, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
  5. I would be very surprised if they did an update and removed dedicated servers. Are you using IPv6, VLAN or PPPoE by any chance?
  6. With the manual option the Games Console service is added which is what should be used to filter consoles/console games so use that and you can filter the game. I believe the game only uses dedicated servers so you don't need to worry about telling the difference. We will sort the incorrect classifications/locations in a cloud update when Alex is able to.
  7. You didn't need to change the IP address to .50, that might be confusing it so change that back to .1 just in case to see if it then works (apply, reboot from interface, wait 4 minutes then monitor). If it happens again grab a log from System Information please. Unfortunately it's purely on the Netgear side so nothing we can resolve on our own and we haven't heard anything further about them sorting this. It's possible you could experience this on any firmware version so I don't have one I could specifically recommend.
  8. For PS5 when you add it to the Geo-Filter select the manual option, this will add it with the Games Console service and allow you to filter. The peer icons just mean the servers are misclassified but will actually be servers and won't affect your connection, it's just a visual mistake. We will be updating Ping Heatmap to reflect the new servers, Alex is very busy at the moment so hasn't been able to do so at the moment but I am frequently reminding him.
  9. As your issue isn't necessarily reflected in the ping I would suggest changing the percentage then playing a game and see how it feels/responds then keep doing that cycle until you get to some values that work best
  10. No you can just upload the same firmware you're on currently and then upgrade
  11. I just need a picture of the Device Manager table view so I can see the port table. For the DMZ on the VM Hub you'll want the WAN IP shown on the R2 System Information page.
  12. Ah glad to hear it, thanks for the update!
  13. Si se conecta directamente al enrutador de su ISP, ¿tiene los mismos problemas?
  14. Could you re-upgrade and then see if it's any better please? Did you do a factory reset after upgrading initially?
  15. There is no other way to speed up the interface then but it shouldn't be timing out at all, what firmware version are you on currently?
  16. We don't have to delete your account, just don't post if you don't want to for awhile. Once deleted it deletes all posts and there is no way to recover it.
  17. Okay that's good, are you accessing/is the browser forcing a connection to the interface using HTTPS? If so HTTP will be much faster.
  18. Hello, welcome to the forum! No I don't think it's been classified specifically but you should still be able to prioritize it and filter it (if applicable to the game)
  19. Do you have Armor enabled by any chance? Clearing the browser cache/cookies and then refreshing each page should make it load quicker from then on
  20. On the R2, you need to switch to the table view so it has the port information
  21. Ahh, entendo, você não pode colocá-lo em bridge, você teria que usar o modo AP, mas perderia todos os recursos, então é melhor usar PPPoE no XR ou no modem/roteador ISP, se possível
  22. Nothing yet unfortunately but we are working on something that should help with this
  23. I'm not using VM anymore but I did the above and had the R2 in the DMZ on the VM and that's all I changed. It sounds like you're being limited, could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please? Click icon on the Network Map to change the view.
