  1. While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi entirely from settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if you can connect with internet.
  2. How does WoW work, a server browser of sorts or is it matchmaking? Looks like you're in a game there so that icon on the map is a dedicated server most likely rather than for authentication. If the above screenshot is correct then it doesn't look like there are many servers and so you may need to make the radius much bigger when you're trying to filter/work out where those specific servers are located.
  3. I don't think we've ever tested the game, are you adding it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option so it adds with the Games Console service?
  4. We only use that for instances where there are severe issues, it's also a lot more complicated to setup from the backend than the interface and when it comes to QoS there is no one right setting for everyone. If you can provide a screenshot of the best PingPlotter results you got from the above we can advise from there.
  5. DMZ passes all traffic through to that device so potentially yes but it's a bit of a security risk, more so on PC. Ideally though fine tuning your QoS would be the best first move and if you've done that then maybe try it
  6. You can do that, although you don't need to give that much bandwidth to the console, gaming uses very little, 5/5 would be more than enough.
  7. Hello, welcome to the forum! If you're not concerned with using QoS on the R2/having individual control of your other devices then yes you could do this and it would work but our recommended setup would always be to have every device connected to the R2.
  8. Apparently it's due to legal issues, there is some form we can fill out to try and get it released so we'll do that and hopefully won't be long until it appears on the app stores.
  9. I will remind Alex again about this and hopefully get it sorted sooner rather than later
  10. You need to do the DMZ step I mentioned, that will fix the double NAT
  11. Revert both those changes definitely then do the above and see if you get your expected speeds
  12. Ah understood, I can see you've set the router LAN IP to 192.168.77.2 instead of 77.1 is there a reason for that? Usually router LAN IPs always end in .1 so devices use the rest of the IPs. Put your Fritzbox back and have that use PPPoE, then connect the R2 to it (remove PPPoE from the R2) and copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and put that in the fritz DMZ then check the speeds through the R2.
  13. Does the Fritzbox or the R2 have the PPPoE information entered? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  14. The Fritzbox should be able to handle PPPoE, is that how you have it setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? How did you disable QoS exactly?
  15. What is the model of the modem/router your R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? How did you disable QoS exactly?
  16. Okay bizarre, I'll pass that on to the team to take a look at.
  17. Where are you seeing the packet loss etc in game or elsewhere? What is the rule you've made for it specifically?
  20. Generally better to play on servers as they have more stability. If you're seeing peers on the Geo-Filter it is possible they're servers but just misclassified as peers. Depending on the game you're playing it will only use servers.
  21. Factory reset keeps the current firmware, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface
  22. Could you reset Bandwidth Allocation, then see if you get closer to your expected speeds with just IPv4 please?
  23. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  24. Are you definitely on the RC14 version? It doesn't look like you've factory reset which I would recommend as it's a big change, you should then be able to access properly.
  25. Are you using anything else like PPPoE or VLAN at all?
