  1. No it's not the same. You could add the laptop to the Geo-Filter as a console and it would probably allow you to Geo-Filter. Outside of that we're unable to support with circumventing SBMM.
  2. Esta es la única versión para la que tenemos un enlace anterior a DumaOS. https://www.dropbox.com/s/701ezvt4qmezdgu/R1-v-1-03-6j.sig?dl=0
  3. Glad to hear it's working now, nothing different than it would be doing normally
  4. Okay no worries, I'll pass it on to the team
  5. Access using 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 instead and see if you get that same message. Sounds like a modem issue, if you get internet on the router then you can ignore it
  6. Should be this year as far as I am aware
  7. Could you clarify the question? The R2 is the router we make that has DumaOS.
  8. Aqui: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/
  9. There is no specific router that would work best for the game, they would all function the same. If you want the R2 then we're currently out of stock, you can sign up here to be notified when it's in stock: https://forms.gle/bEWFnRyeLYfVMx8cA
  10. Right now we're focused on building out the feature so we don't have any timelines for bringing it to the XR series
  11. You would access it in the same way with its IP - it should be printed on the bottom of the ISP modem/router. The R2 is the router you're currently seeking support for, the DumaOS router
  12. Okay, copy the WAN IP from the System Information page and enter that in your ISP modem/router DMZ (if you're not using modem/bridge mode), disable IPv6 on the ISP modem/router (if applicable) and from the R2 in LAN/WAN, enable remote support in WAN then post back here with a device connected to the R2 and we can try forcing an upgrade through remotely on Monday.
  13. Could you use a different browser such as Google Chrome, make sure you're not accessing using HTTPS and try again please?
  14. Okay thanks for letting us know, I think I'll need to get our app guy to take a look at what may be happening
  15. If you could grab the log from the System Information page I can have a look to see what may have happened.
  16. I see you're accessing the interface using dumaos, use the IP address instead 192.168.77.1 then try the upgrade again please
  17. Switch the router to the specific router model rather than auto, does it allow you in then?
  18. 2-3 weeks I suspect
  19. Yes precisely!
  20. Have you factory reset since the upgrade? It's quite a big jump
  21. We always try to include the correct adapter where possible
  22. Great to hear, it'll show active when you're actually gaming
  23. In theory yes it shouldn't cause any problems but we're currently out of stock. You can sign up here to be informed: https://forms.gle/bEWFnRyeLYfVMx8cA
  24. You shouldn't need to do that, what is the iPad model and the iOS version?
