  1. Could you grab a log when that happens please? Without the DHCP lease in play it may indicate another cause.
  2. The Netgear routers show DoS attacks a lot, they're very sensitive, it's not an attack just a connection you've come in contact with, that one is a server, likely a game server.
  3. Yes that's right so just continue giving devices reserved IPs and see if that resolves it
  4. I wouldn't worry too much about it, bufferbloat only occurs when your connection is saturated and with Congestion Control active that can't happen. You may need to fine tune a bit more to get the best values.
  5. You may need to fine tune in more or less as it's a big change in firmware but overall I wouldn't worry too much about it, bufferbloat only occurs when your connection is saturated and with Congestion Control active that can't happen. What favorites did you have enabled when playing?
  6. Essentially different sections, we use our own methods to detect device names and allow you to name them and the LAN section doesn't use our methods. As Settings is completely on the Netgear side I think it would have been a lot of work to try and merge them in that way and as most of the settings changes done on the router will be on the DumaOS side it doesn't come up as an issue too much - except of course in this scenario where it hasn't detected the names of your devices very well.
  7. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  8. I don't know what you're referring to exactly so I couldn't say. Also just because one person has issues doesn't mean another person will, there are lots of variables, best thing to do is give it a try yourself and see how it performs.
  9. I see you've found it, I'll respond to you there.
  10. Questo è ciò che di solito consigliamo di sì in quanto offre un buon equilibrio tra matchmaking veloce e ping basso
  11. Exactly as above! You can't use a V2 firmware on the V1 and vice versa.
  12. Ahh I see, I think the best way to change the device names for the LAN section would be using the Nighthawk mobile app
  13. Did you go to the latest Early Access version? Did you change your Congestion Control settings on the SmartQoS page?
  14. It may be the Adblocker, if you disable that does it then load correctly?
  15. Just to clarify you're trying to give every device the same IP address e.g. phone 192.168.1.10, TV 192.168.1.10 etc? If you have managed to do that then that is likely the problem, you cannot give every device the same IP address, so I would suggest a factory reset and then not trying to change them to the same IP.
  16. Are you seeing the issue with the Geo-Filter disabled? What game are you playing specifically? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how is that setup?
  17. Great suggestion thank you, I will add it to our list!
  18. Ping Heatmap dovrebbe informare le tue impostazioni Geo-Filter, se stai cercando di forzare solo l'Italia/Spagna, quei server non sembrano essere sempre disponibili, quindi sarebbe una buona idea includerne almeno un altro.
  19. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  20. Approved! No harder than the existing firmware is to use, perhaps even a little easier!
  21. This is what I would suggest generally for WiFi, most of which you won't need to change anything. For settings that do require change, perhaps best to change it late at night/when no one is using the internet. Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  22. Changes to any of the settings or just the QoS page? Otherwise it will be hard for me to advise without you being able to change anything.
  23. I'm not sure I follow, do you have access to the interface?
  24. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  25. Could you sign up for Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then you can try that firmware which should be more stable but if not the devs will be able to take a closer look and see what is happening.
