There has been some progress, as we're unable to use dumaweb for the 700 (the mobile type interface for 3.3) due to size limitations we've been working on getting it properly supported with the DumaOS app which is now looking good. From what I can see now there may be one or two things being looked into further, other than that I can't see anything that would cause an unnecessary delay at this point so fingers crossed it shouldn't be long now.

  4. The default password is different for every R2 and is on the sticker on the underside. Could you provide the password it's giving you as well as the converted password and I can just double check it's accurate.
  5. Are you on an old firmware version? If so you'll need to follow the password conversion method here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-my-new-netduma-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work
  6. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  7. Could you provide another log please then when it happens as they were the main entries I could see in the previous log.
  8. Yes you should be able to toggle on/off and the details you entered previously are saved.

  12. Hello, welcome to the forum! Basically as above you'll need to re-enter it, we're working on improving HybridVPN so you don't need to do that.
  13. Thank you for that, could you disable IPv6 in WAN & LAN Settings and also give the PS5 a reserved IP in LAN Settings > DHCP, reboot the router from the interface and then try again please?

  16. Yeah so just a log from the R2 now while it's in the setup where it seems to be more stable, given otherwise it drops within an hour it'll probably work correctly now
  17. Right okay, is there any reason you want to set it up this way? There is really no need. You can do it this way but the devices connected to the switch would need to have a static IP set otherwise the R2 won't know what to do with the traffic.

  19. Thank you for that information, and just to be clear, when the other router is upstream from the R2 the log looks completely different? Would you be able to get a log from when it's in that configuration just to compare to?
  20. That's very strange, are you seeing anything on the log file when it doesn't allow you to connect?
  21. So you upgraded to the latest Early Access firmware followed by a factory reset and still experiencing the disconnects?
  22. Hello, welcome to the forum! Are you using Game Optimiser? Did you factory reset the modem once you received it? If not I would recommend doing that. It is unlikely to be tampered with, generally the logs show background processes that look likes issues but they're not really. It's very hard to read, could you download it instead? Are you having any issues that match up with the entries you're concerned about?

  25. Could you change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 and see if it continues please?
