We have the capability to do it in house but I believe the reason we don't have it publicly available is down to security.

¿Por qué está pasando esto?

Genial gracias te lo paso -
If you connect directly to the Sky hub and do a speedtest.net test over ethernet and WiFi what do you get? You will likely see speed reductions through the powerlines.

Eso tiene sentido, si puede proporcionar la identificación del servidor, podemos cambiarlo a la ubicación correcta -
No not with the R2 unfortunately Great to hear you got it working again!
-
Your devices will always show the router as the DNS as they're going through the router first unless you've manually changed them, they will be using the DNS you've set on the router

For the R2 or the XR500? For the R2 you'll need to sign up here first https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ -
While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

There hasn't been an update since the last security update so no not yet.
-
If you're talking about the update today that's for V2 so if you don't have that one you can ignore it, it was also only changes from NG
-
No you've done the DMZ, the same IP you put into the DMZ set that as a static/reserved IP on the Sky Hub, it should be in LAN/Device settings on the hub
-
Bizarre, may have gotten itself into a weird state, glad to hear it's working now!

Not even able to log into the interface anymore.
Netduma Fraser replied to D3mon1c's topic in DumaOS Mobile App
So I've heard back, make sure you're definitely connected to the XR WiFi, go on the app, double tap the DumaOS logo on the login screen, enable diagnostics, try login, go back and click export. Then provide the file to us and we can debug it. -
Is DumaOS Classified Games still enabled and active when doing a speedtest?
-
Sounds like that could be it, hopefully they resolve it soon!
-
Set that IP as static on the Sky router as well just to be sure it saves, then you can reboot the Sky hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2 and it will have definitely applied, see if it works better then.
-
How are you checking the DNS exactly?
-
Have you done any Traffic Controller rules for the device or put it in the DMZ, port forwarded etc?
-
Are the powerline adapters being chained as in one connected to another or do they each connect to the R2? Have you put the R2 WAN IP from the System Information page into the Sky DMZ? If not that may resolve some of those issues.

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
I'll check in with the team about this to see if we can give you an IP to check at least. -
It must be the test itself that is using ports that are covered by those services, if you use speedtest.net does it throttle as expected?
-
I'm sure we could sort out the R2 if you change your mind. If you just want to use it for the Geo-Filter then just connect it to the other router, put the XR WAN IP in the other router DMZ and you'll be good to go.
-
Ahh, it's because you've prioritized every single port to your PC so it's superseding Congestion Control, better to add it with the Games Console service - it'll prioritize games and allow Congestion Control to throttle for the device.
