  1. If you could follow this to get us 2 captures for the game we can improve support for it and you should notice a good difference in game as well: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51505-adding-new-games-and-applications-to-dumaos/
  2. Good advice above, are you able to access the XR interface? It might be you need to go through the Setup Wizard before you get internet
  3. SQM is QoS basically so we already have that, we use our own implementations, I don't think there are plans to include any outside algorithms etc.
  4. That means it's detected the ethernet connection, it may take a few minutes for it to then receive internet - if not reboot the XR wait a few minutes and it should have ethernet then. If the disconnect happens again could you get the log from the System Information page please?
  5. Added! You're very welcome.
  6. Ahhh, yes it does explain it, I think you have a CG-NAT, there are only two solutions to this: Change to an ISP that doesn't use CG-NAT Obtain a static public IP from your ISP (they usually charge for this) What you said pretty much confirms it but if you want to double check, have a look at the bottom of this guide for a test: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  7. That all looks good thank you, if you use a port checker such as https://portchecker.co which has a specific option for Minecraft does it show the port as Open or Closed? You'll definitely want to give your PC a reserved IP matching that IP so that it never changes and you don't get issues down the road. In WAN Settings set NAT to Open, this relaxes the firewall, does it then work correctly?
  8. Thanks for the information, you can do whatever you need to in order to restore normal internet functionality. You can keep posting, this is our main support channel so you're good! I'll have a look over the logs, in the meantime, the easy thing to do which hasn't been done yet is to disable QoS completely to see if you then get normal speeds. Click the menu icon top left of the Congestion Control panel then disable a run a test. For the devices, go to the Device Manager, click the icon and delete offline devices, that should clean it up for you.
  9. Thank you for that, it could be UPnP, as a test, if you put your device in the DMZ on the R2 does it allow you to connect then? If it does take it out of the DMZ then port forward the ports required for the game and it should continue to work.
  10. In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  11. Okay so is it all working as you wanted/expected now?
  12. It's worse on the last photos as the interval has been set to 1 as above. Other than that can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please?
  13. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  14. Hello, welcome to the forum! What is the port you need to open? Could you provide a screenshot of the port forwarding page please?
  15. At the moment Adblocker is unable to block ads on YouTube but it is something we're looking into.
  16. There is no notification of it but you do have access already, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  17. 3.3 is big on getting better mobile/app functionality so it would create more work to release a firmware without it as they're quite intertwined. I'll keep you posted though when I have any updates.
  18. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  19. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if that works please.
