Are you referring to pinging CoD servers? It's not an ISP issue, they just don't respond to traditional pings.

Can you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test please? You can't traditionally ping the CoD servers, it will end in packet loss.

Could you clarify, is the issue that the Geo-Filter isn't showing the server when you're in a game or it isn't pinging the server when playing?

Yes that is normal, if you could interact with it you would be able to pause it, i.e. stop it from running. You can basically ignore that panel completely.

Are you trying to access using HTTPS or is your browser forcing HTTPS? If so make sure the browser isn't forcing and access using HTTP.

You don't need to do this, DumaOS Classified Games or with the Games Console service will prioritize the game for you.

Yes that is correct, I would usually advise using the radius rather than only Ping Assist but whatever works best for you!

With that setup you could connect to any servers you have under a 200ms ping to so it's not advised. If you have the Geo-Filter not filtering then regardless of Ping Assist it won't be doing anything.

The only reason this wouldn't be working is that you've selected a server that is too far away, putting your ping above whatever limit they deem suitable or they have started banning known VPN IP addresses. Either way trying a new server or a new provider may work.

If you're on an Early Access firmware post in the Early Access section if you have an issue, it makes more sense why it may not be working compared to the public version. I can't see how one device would start working and the other wouldn't when there is no specific settings towards them, I'm not sure it's entirely the router issue. How did you have SmartQoS set exactly?

Great to hear that! Hard to say without looking at the log when the disconnect happens, it could be the DHCP lease, in which case doing this could prevent it in future: In LAN Setting, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes.

This really doesn't make much sense. If you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu icon does it work then?

You're not using QoS, it's set to Never, that's why you're getting those spikes when watching videos etc. You'll want to set it to Always and perhaps raise the download percentage as well.
