  1. The authentication servers just check that you own the game/are online/signed in, they don't run games on those servers so the game server must be somewhere else. That ping is basically what you would get on LAN so I don't think it's necessarily anything wrong with the routing etc. You may be getting lag compensated in which case forcing a server slightly further away might help.
  2. Thanks! It was what I suspected so we'll try and get that compatibility in the next app update
  3. Have you tried accessing the router via an ethernet connection and seen whether the interface loads?
  4. No worries, just glad to hear you got it all sorted, thanks for the update!
  5. May be worth doing a factory reset so it sets up again with the new speeds, might be holding on to the slower speeds for some reason
  6. Sounds more like an ISP issue or not necessarily an ISP issue but a peak time congestion problem
  7. Do you have the R2 in the DMZ on the Huawei?
  8. Access http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#dashboard go to ping on the left and Congestion Control is there
  9. What do you get from speedtest.net?
  10. Yes that'll be fine for the PC via ethernet
  11. You don't need to change the WAN options of MTU but sounds alright otherwise
  12. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Did you enter your new speeds into Bandwidth Settings?
  13. You don't create an account, you put the credentials in that you use to access the interface normally
  14. Yes modem mode would be the best. You don't need to put the Asus in the R2 DMZ as your gaming devices are connecting direct to the R2.
  15. That'll probably be related to the IP addresses then. If you reserve the IP addresses in DHCP settings that should sort it.
  16. I think you may be referring to the authentication servers which are always located in Ireland pretty much and won't actually affect your game experience, the game server is likely showing somewhere else. We'll be able to tell more when we test the game. You can't setup a VPN for a specific IP if that's what you mean. You can add static routes but not exclusively for the VPN.
  17. Check the Geo-Filter when you do the test, are you seeing anything blocked at all?
  18. Desactive el filtro geográfico antes de iniciar el juego y luego verifique el estado de NAT. Si está Abierto, entonces es el Geofiltro el que bloquea la lectura y puede habilitarlo e ignorarlo si se muestra moderado en el futuro.
  19. The internet port on the R2, next to the power cable should be connected to one of the LAN ports on your modem. What do you see when trying to access the interface?
  20. Are you using a browser based Adblocker? Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS/is the browser forcing HTTPS?
  21. I highly doubt you'll reach the amount of devices it can support so you'll be fine in that sense!
  22. You can't remove any Rapps no. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. Your devices may be using Private/Random MAC addresses, you can disable this on the WiFi sections of your devices. I believe it's a feature on iOS, Android and Windows (if using WiFi), it basically makes the router think it's a completely new & different device, hence the naming issue.
  23. Might be we didn't update the app properly to accommodate it, I'll pass it on and see what we can do, thanks for letting us know! Are you on iOS or Android btw?
  24. It uses different servers that are not as popular as speedtest.net so depending on where you're located and your routing the speeds will sometimes show lower but it doesn't mean the router is limiting your speed so you can ignore it. Make sure you enter the bandwidth speeds you expect and then you won't be limited. We don't give out any ETAs for firmware.
