  1. I'll pass it on to the team to see what is happening.
  2. I don't think the Setup Wizard has properly been completed that's why, bridge mode wouldn't affect the ability for you to access the interface but good for you to do regardless. When you get the infinite loading if you reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then access does that work?
  3. I've asked Alex to do it as soon as he can, it doesn't prevent you from connecting to those servers with the Geo-Filter though
  4. Resync the cloud and then it should appear
  5. You'd need to keep it as a PlayStation
  6. There is no real priority order, it will prioritize based on the order traffic is sent/received. It depends, Games Console will use ports, other profiles will use Deep Packet Inspection.
  7. If it's listed as a peer it's likely misclassified, if you provide us with the ID we can correct it but it's just an aesthetic thing, it doesn't affect how it performs. Some servers don't always respond well to a ping so you may not see one once in awhile.
  8. Currently we're just focusing on completing the feature so haven't begun to think about porting it to other hardware yet. There isn't a beta currently for the XR1000 but 3.3 is coming to it, shouldn't be much longer now.
  9. No it won't prioritize all traffic, just the ports that are usually used for gaming.
  10. I'm asking Alex to see if he can do that soon.
  11. Could you try accessing using Google Chrome instead please? I don't believe we've tested the app on an actual Mac as it was intended for mobile devices
  13. Are you using the Safari browser? If so that will be forcing a HTTPS connection to the interface which may be part of the problem, try another web browser, make sure you're connecting to the interface using HTTP and see if you can access without the crashing. I can't see the video, could you re-upload it please?
  14. We've posted a blog that includes more information about it here: https://netduma.com/blog/ee/
  15. That's entirely up to you really, I couldn't say if/when it may come to the XR1000 as we're still working on building the feature.
  16. Add it with the Games Console service and it will definitely prioritize.
  17. Remove it from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type then re-add it back to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option, you'll be able to filter then.
  18. Are you getting better speeds via ethernet now? As above for the WiFi speeds
  19. Follow this guide and it should resolve the issue: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  20. Yeah that's fine, it's just a link local IPv6 address, you can ignore it
  21. Yes I'll reply to you there
  22. You can leave it on 10 minutes for the moment. The WiFi losing channels does happen after a reboot unfortunately, best to set it to automatic and then it will choose the least congested channels, we'll get it sorted.
  23. By removing Smart QoS do you mean you removed the favorites or did you disable it entirely? Disable the protection options in WAN Settings and try again please
  24. First of all clear your browser cache/cookies, then refresh the QoS page, that should get rid of all the writing at the top. Don't worry about the speed benchmark reports, it uses different servers so depending on your location you will get slower speeds but it doesn't mean you're limited to those speeds. Your Ping Test is quite unstable but that's to do with your line/reflective of your connection to the Google servers but regardless Ping Under Load can be brought down to match that. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control (set to Always), say 95% then do a Connection Benchmark test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. The goal is to get the Ping Under Load graph to look as much like the Ping Test graph as possible.
  25. What you've done is correct so that's fine, where are you measuring the upload latency exactly? Don't use Auto Setup, we're still improving that so may not always provide the best results. QoS needs to be fine tuned some more.
