  1. That was based on support that I've seen over the years not my personal experience, it's similar to the Spanish and Italian servers which are notoriously hard to force. There is no specific way to check the popularity of the server. You could check by clicking on your device on the Geo-Filter and disabling the filtering then just playing games for awhile - servers you're connecting to will still show on the map and you can see if you ever get put in that server.
  2. Reboot the V hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and you should get internet
  3. Okay you're in the interface now that's good, we're working on those issues at the moment, they can sometimes fail, trying again can work but otherwise adjust settings manually in the meantime while we fix it
  4. They should save without a save button, change them, wait around 30 seconds then exit and they should stay
  5. Okay that's good, do keep an eye on the reboots. Do you still have access to the interface when the internet disconnects? If so when it happens go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced and get the System logs please. Disable Adblocker in case that's blocking ad heavy sites and makes it appear like a disconnect.
  6. That's good to hear! Likely some interference in your home/area causing it, in which case changing channel should help with that
  7. It's literally impossible to get 1ms games so that will be 100% a misreading unless the server is literally in your home, even then LAN connections usually run around 5ms. Someone has requested the ability to have a network drive via the USB so that could be a possibility in future, might achieve what you want in that regard. That makes sense re the overwriting. You should still be able to access that address upstream, you do have a unique setup though so could be why. We're looking into port forwarding/UPnP for NAT. It's possible the Geo-Filter is causing a misreading for the Geo-Filter, disable it then reboot the game, if it appears open then you can ignore it going forward when the Geo is enabled. Are you using an Adblocker on the web browser at all? What web browser/device are you using? First I've seen of that issue.
  8. You probably need to clear cache/cookies for the title issue. Rebooting modem, waiting 2 minutes then rebooting XR, waiting 2 minutes should get you internet
  9. What do you mean the interface is blank?
  10. We're looking into it currently and will hopefully have some improvements for it this week. In the meantime you can set Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced
  11. I've not seen anyone having a reboot loop on the R3 so this is something we definitely want to sort out, let's tackle that first, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  12. That's fine though would indicate another router above that, is that right? If so would be best to have the AP behind the R3
  13. Hold for 30 seconds, then release and wait 4 minutes
  14. You don't need to do that with the Sky Hub in the setup as it will be handling that, is that how you have it setup currently? We're looking into the VLAN ID not saving currently - another reason to stay with Sky Hub > R3 while we fix it
  15. Thank you for that, I'll pass it onto the team to have a look at it as I feel they would have a better idea than me about why and how it should behave in this scenario
  16. ¿Configuraste el XR1000 para usar PPPoE/VLAN? Si es así, deberá eliminar PPPoE del R3, luego reiniciar el XR, esperar 4 minutos, luego reiniciar el R3, esperar 4 minutos y debería tener Internet.
  17. I think you'll probably need to factory reset and then it should be fine after that. If the interface is still slow your web browser may be using significant system resources. I had the same problem recently but wasn't isolated to the R3, I was using the Brave browser and it was slow on the interface but every so often all tabs would stop working as Brave took 100% of the CPU, switched to Opera GX and no issues now, the R3 interface is snappy as it should be and no slow downs on other tabs
  18. Thank you for the information, I will pass that onto the team!
  19. Yeah it won't adjust if you're not able to complete it. We're looking into it at the moment so hopefully we'll have some improvements for it this week
  20. That's what you need to do to force specific servers, the servers you're forcing are not commonly used servers and that is very likely why it is taking you a long time to connect to them. Steady Ping will be increasing the ping to provide a buffer against spikes/jitter so they're absorbed but do not affect you, giving you 1 consistent ping throughout the entire game for a smoother experience. If you prefer you can disable this and your ping will likely be lower but could fluctuate. Also a router isn't the only determining factor in the calculation of your ping, there are a lot of variables that could be different to your friend such as your proximity to the server, your ISP routing to the server etc. To speed up the search you would need to force a server that is used more often in more central/western Europe. To give you an idea, I don't think I have seen anyone connect to or force the server you're using in years.
  21. You're accessing the interface using http which is normal and why it says it isn't private, it's perfectly normal. It doesn't need HTTPS as the interface cannot be accessed from the internet. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then access and login.
  22. I'm not trying to fob it off as that doesn't help anyone, I'd just have to come back and reply again, I'm dealing with a lot of questions at the moment and so I may misread things at times. So it's Sky Hub > R3 now right? If so reboot the Sky hub, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then check. Sounds simple but sometimes that's all it takes.
  23. Nothing specifically other than ensuring the upstream modem/router is setup to use the R3 in DMZ or modem/bridge mode
  24. It's not always providing results at the moment, we're looking into it currently to make it more reliable
  25. That's what the test does yes, if it's staying at 100% that's what it thinks is best and would change the values for you
