Netduma R3 & FRITZ!BOX Geofilter problem
Netduma Fraser replied to DE ALB's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That's brilliant to hear, thank you for the update! -
Déjanos saber cómo te va, estamos investigando este problema y esperamos tener una solución para el fin de la semana. Estamos considerando agregar traducción, pero podría tomar algo de tiempo.

As above you can have a console in the DMZ as it is less of a risk than a PC. Do you have an Open NAT without using the DMZ? Not necessarily but it might cause that. We are looking into them not working reliably 100% of the time, if you reboot do they work better?
-
When you click on it it should show you details about the update and what is included
-
Ahh no worries, well done for getting it sorted. Not a waste at all, that's what I'm here for, thanks!
-
When it fails, click the option to change WAN settings then you can skip, skip through the rest of the wizard. If you reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3 it may work then
-
You don't need to disable IPv6
-
Disable the Geo-Filter then reboot the game, does it appear open after that? Are you playing over WiFi or ethernet?

Netduma R3 & FRITZ!BOX Geofilter problem
Netduma Fraser replied to DE ALB's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Are you using Ping Assist at all? Did you make changes to the Geo-Filter while the console/game was already on? If so reboot the console then check, does it work then? -
Have you completed the Setup Wizard or are you still in the wizard? Do you require PPPoE, VLAN or anything like that for internet?
-
Yes there is an update available with some fixes, click it and you can upgrade from the interface. You don't need to disable IPv6. Reboot the router and you should be able to upgrade after that

Ping Optimization has failed every time I’ve tried it
Netduma Fraser replied to CaSpA's topic in Community Discussion
È compito tuo sperimentare, entrambi daranno buoni risultati.

Yeah that version won't have fixed it. However, I do have a firmware I can give you, it fixes a Fortnite issue but it's possible it would also fix issues with connectivity on other devices. I'll send it via PM if you want to try it.
-
There may be times you can't ping a server but overall we're looking into it as it's happening more than expected
-
No those LEDs can't be changed but as above it's been requested to be able to turn them off and we'll be looking into that after any major bugs are fixed

ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in News & Announcements
I believe I've replied to you with the invoice now -
We're looking into it currently, it's more complex than expected but we'll get there!
-
Yes please try to re-enable and see if it works with nothing added, if it works then slowly add priorities until you find what may be causing the issue
-
¿Tienes otro módem/router que estabas usando antes y que podrías usar para este propósito?
-
Quite possibly as it's bypassing everything, I would not recommend having a PC set in DMZ as it is a major security risk
-
Did you try with SmartBOOST disabled?
-
Is this CoD you're playing or another game? If you add that website manually to the Adblocker blacklist does it work then?
-

Are you using a web browser or the DumaOS app? Does it work if you go to either of these links? http://dumaos or http://192.168.77.1 Was any setting changed prior to the issue happening?
