You can see them in Ping Optimizer > Advanced and can change them from there manually. They will take affect immediately, they're not tied to being in a game

It's likely then that it is using other places to serve ads that may not be in our list. Have a look online for some Adblock lists and then add them to Adblocker and if they're covered they should then be blocked

Could you disable Geo-Latency from the Geo-Filter settings (3 dots top right of the interface) and reboot the router then see if it works better please?
