  1. I'm not sure, in the past when we've done Amazon we've only done US and UK. I will pass it on though, it's likely if you waited for that you wouldn't get the launch discount so you'd end up paying more that way
  2. If you disable SmartBOOST fully does it work then? There isn't an option for that but I can request it
  3. It's possible over the holidays or during peak times that the server will be easier to force as the game population will increase so its worth trying then
  4. It shouldn't be necessary but if you have a full power extender and notice any oddities with the router then best to check direct. Could you factory reset it then see if it is any more stable after that? If it isn't then I think we'll need to get someone to remote in, could you get it working again then enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting, disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN advanced settings please then post back here with a device connected to the R3 and I'll get a dev to have a look or at least enable some extra logging so we can try to figure out what may be happening. You are the first person having this problem so we're keen to get it resolved.
  5. Thank you for that, are you able to disable IPv6 on the Sky Hub? If so could you do that please, reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes then check again please?
  6. We'll be implementing a page so that if you try to use the internet without completing the Setup Wizard it will redirect you so you know what to do. That is likely the Steady Ping feature on the Geo-Filter, it gives you a bit of a higher ping to create a 'buffer' that absorbs ping spikes/inconsistencies so you have one solid ping throughout the game so you're not affected by the spikes and have a smooth experience. You can disable this by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the Geo-Filter Map.
  7. Yes we think we can potentially increase the speeds with PPPoE so we'll be working on that. That could cause some NAT issues but if you put the R3 in the TP Link DMZ that should resolve it.
  8. Of course! I have sent you a private message. Any new routers after we initially identified and fixed the issue will have been shipped with the firmware that fixes it. Other than that, if you get internet in the Setup Wizard it will prompt you to upgrade to the new version if you're still on the version with the issue. The MAC address won't match, that is normal. You mean the WiFi name/password wasn't correct from the start? What was the WiFi name set to?
  9. We'll make a Heatmap update but it doesn't affect the Geo-Filter at all. The Geo-Filter show all connections that are available so if they're not there it's possible they're not available at the time.
  10. It's unlikely it's entering its own credentials, what web browser are you using to make these changes?
  11. You'd have to consult that routers manual to see which option will allow it to connect to a WiFi network rather than ethernet. Steady Ping increases your game ping to create a 'buffer' that absorbs any spikes/jitter from the game to give you one consistent ping throughout the entire game, creating a smoother experience overall as you don't feel the ping spikes. You can disable this by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the map or adjusting it's intensity. You'll need to be using Congestion Control in that scenario - you can find that in Ping Optimizer > Advanced There is that ability, you can do this from SmartBOOST > in the top right > manage profiles > click on profile > click the top right icon in that area for bandwidth reservation. You'll need to use Congestion Control
  12. Reboot the router, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access and do the update which should then work and you should be good after that
  13. Speedtest on the router or 3rd party site? What do you mean you can't use the WiFi exactly?
  14. .19 hasn't gone out to everyone yet but for new units we shipped with it, people are seeing the new update incrementally. When everyone has it the latest firmware will update but you're all good.
  15. I've sent you a private message, please check there
  16. Ah so you hadn't completed the Setup Wizard? No worries glad you're all sorted now!
  17. Potentially yes but there is no guarantee that would help
  18. It is showing up there, you can see it says priority activities and has the same amount your console is using at that time. Gaming doesn't use much bandwidth at all.
  19. Brilliant to hear you got it working, let us know how you get on!
  20. It has been requested so it's on the list to be potentially added, thanks for the request!
  21. Yes exactly, it would be the Geo-Filter just causing a misreading as it can't make affect your NAT status - essentially it would be blocking the server the NAT test uses. Is your PiHole upstream and your ISP modem/router upstream of that? UPnP should clear the old rule out after awhile Really strange with Ping Heatmap, if you right click the page, go to inspect element then in the window that appears go to Network and disable cache then hold the browser refresh button until it gives you the options, click hard refresh and empty cache, does it show options for Heatmap then?
  22. It's possible it was Geo-Latency, we're looking into the Geo-Filter as a whole as there are improvements to make, including occasions where you can get a game outside your radius, we're hoping to provide some updates this week
  24. That makes sense thank you, the dashboard won't show anything for network data as you can't connect to the internet. Could you provide a screenshot of the network settings on the Sky Hub please? If you connect a device direct to the Sky hub does it get internet?
  25. It can be quite hard to force specific servers such as Spain and Italy, someone else has mentioned this server being hard to force as well. Ultimately if you can force it but you wait a long time (the other user said 20minutes) then the router isn't stopping you from connecting to it, it's the game preventing you for whatever reason
