  1. You're very welcome, thank you for your patience, it's not fun having an issue that quickly so we do appreciate your willingness to help us get that sorted. You helped us catch two issues which we'll be able to fix and prevent other people experiencing!
  2. Ah gotcha, just shows how much you pay in VAT but not the percentage, you're correct it is 20%
  3. You should have a confirmation email that shows you the VAT, I can provide a screenshot of the order which shows this if you don't have it - it may be in spam/junk

  5. I think the issue is rebooting the router with the VPN enabled, if you disable it before a reboot it should work without error. We're planning to do bug fixes yes
  6. Go to the Device Manager, set the PC as a PlayStation then add to the Geo-Filter with the manual option and you'll be able to filter the game
  7. Is the R3 in the DMZ on the Linksys? Are you using PPPoE, VLAN etc or just DHCP? If you could get the logs when it happens that will definitely tell us what is happening

  10. That's really strange, while it's still isolated could you factory reset and try it again please? Do you have the capability to be connected to another router via WiFi for internet and connected to the R3 via ethernet for a potential remote access session?
  11. I can't see the attachment, what are you getting? Could you unplug the R3 from any other router so just PC and power are connected and see if you can get through it that way after a reboot please?
  12. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  13. We'll be working on a fix quickly but it does take time to go through the app review process so not sure how long it would be. You should be able to use the mobile web browser

It still needs internet to get the fix, make sure the R3 is connected to a router handling PPPoE then complete the wizard and then you should be able to adjust PPPoE in Settings and you can then switch it over. See below I don't think that's from us? Just checked your order and I don't see a tracking number

  16. The PPPoE issue we've reproduced, we're aiming to get that out within a day or so if possible. If you can connect that way in the meantime so it doesn't use PPPoE and that way the R3 can try to get a connection during the wizard. Regarding the loop, what web browser/device are you using? If you use the DumaOS app (also has an update) can you complete it that way? Orders opened on 23rd so 4 days worth of orders ahead of you!
  17. I'm currently looking into the issue with the team but it is likely an update to the app will need to happen before it can work again. You can still access and use the interface via a web browser on your devices
  18. Did you factory reset when you connected it to the second connection? Could you try this link to see if you can get past the end of the wizard please? http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/?cache=0 On the PPPoE connection can you have the ISP modem/router handle PPPoE for the moment? Good news is we reproduced the issue, identified the cause and will have a fix very soon.

  20. Ah okay, didn't notice that before, the shades of color look more consistent to me anyway. We're not having a basic setup with servers you can select, at least at the moment, it will be purely the advanced way for now
