The PPPoE issue we've reproduced, we're aiming to get that out within a day or so if possible. If you can connect that way in the meantime so it doesn't use PPPoE and that way the R3 can try to get a connection during the wizard. Regarding the loop, what web browser/device are you using? If you use the DumaOS app (also has an update) can you complete it that way? Orders opened on 23rd so 4 days worth of orders ahead of you!

I'm currently looking into the issue with the team but it is likely an update to the app will need to happen before it can work again. You can still access and use the interface via a web browser on your devices

Did you factory reset when you connected it to the second connection? Could you try this link to see if you can get past the end of the wizard please? http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/?cache=0 On the PPPoE connection can you have the ISP modem/router handle PPPoE for the moment? Good news is we reproduced the issue, identified the cause and will have a fix very soon.

Ah okay, didn't notice that before, the shades of color look more consistent to me anyway. We're not having a basic setup with servers you can select, at least at the moment, it will be purely the advanced way for now

You can use it but it is very very old. Latest is here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ once you've uploaded the file to the router and tried the upgrade you'll need to clear cache/cookies to see the interface again and the default credentials will be admin / password That's correct. The host is the biggest icon on the map, should be in your radius usually.

I don't think we've tested that specifically. Improve them in what way? I'm slightly color blind and the colors are different enough for me to differentiate them

Ah sorry to hear that, please do factory reset then attempt the wizard again and skip past that part. The version you mentioned is the launch version. I may need to talk to the team about this one, will be hard if you can't get past the wizard. Yes it will

You mentioned you can access the interface when connected to it is that correct? You won't be able to access it when not connected, that's normal. Reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then try accessing please.

Has the internet returned since you made the topic? If not it may be worth doing a factory reset, waiting 4 minutes then accessing and see if it works better after that

You'll need to experiment with Congestion Control (set to Always) to find what the best percentage is for you that lowers your Ping Under Load/Bufferbloat as much as possible.

I would imagine it is to do with the inherent instability of WiFi compared to ethernet that is giving you some kind of lag compensation affect in the game as there is no reason why it would actually be improved other than that

I's not currently available on the 1000 but I believe it will be coming in the next update
