Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

If it's turning off on its own it could be a power issue, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? Do you notice it rebooting any other times or just when gaming?

5 second ‘disconnect’ after 10pm?
Netduma Fraser replied to banjo22's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Is this all with the DHCP lease adjusted and devices having reserved IPs outside the lease range? -
I see what you mean, we are thinking about the potential for multiple Geo-Filters so you could have individual settings for different devices but that would be very far off. If I remember rightly it's not necessarily a case of us making that happen but rather due to limitations on ping frequency on games I believe, something along those lines but we'll do what we can. Will do! Yes you could absolutely do that and it would be very helpful thank you! That's very interesting thank you, I will pass that onto the team to take a look at.

Factory reset or re-adding the device to the router that was deleted from the Device Manager - the one that was added to Traffic Prioritization. You'd have to add it back exactly so via same method, same name/device type

adblocker running on r3 DumaOS Version 4.0.23
Netduma Fraser replied to franky13's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Doesn't work in what sense, doesn't block Ads on those specific devices? Depending on what you're viewing it may not be possible to block currently (e.g. YouTube ads) or it may not be covered by our default lists so adding the website or another blocking list manually will help. -
I feel like i'm 1s behind everybody
Netduma Fraser replied to Ganerineur's topic in Call of Duty Support
I wouldn't usually suggest it but try making a Traffic Prioritization rule for all the ports 1-65535 TCP/UDP and see if you get better results -
Nat type Moderate - Help required
Netduma Fraser replied to DeeKay_FPS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
As above, I think you can just leave VLAN on 2 and save, as long as the R3 is connected to port 1 then you should be good to go. Then remove DMZ for your PC on the R3, even the massive port forwarding rule is too much. UPnP on should get you an open NAT then, if not then just the ports for the console/game should do the trick. -
Yes had a dev check and there is no limit on the front or backend so it is likely the below, an issue with HTTPS links, HTTP works. I've marked it as a bug for the team to fix. Great catch, I can reproduce this as well so seems to be an issue with HTTPS rather than file size, great to know!

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Are you testing over WiFi or ethernet? If WiFi try the above please.

Server host country - how to see it?
Netduma Fraser replied to nuno10costa's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Ping Heatmap shows you the name of cities/countries where servers are, the Geo-Filter won't show you the names of the countries the games are in but you can tell from the map -
Is that after doing the steps at the top of this page? New firmware should be this week or early next, I don't know what this version will have in it specifically yet but more firmware will come

Could a Windows Update cause problems?
Netduma Fraser replied to JHuntVols's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
You are doing the test from that PC specifically so it is feasible it could change the results, you may need to re-fine tune QoS not to compensate, you should be able to get the same results back. Also Traffic Prioritization can interfere with the results so best to disable it while testing -
Different settings recommendation for COD MW3
Netduma Fraser replied to Psyco-Mengo's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Good advice above. It's worth taking the time to experiment with settings to see what works best for you, other peoples settings may not work for you and vice versa -
Either this week or early next week, maybe both! Firmware will start coming out faster now getting all the issues sorted
-
I've sent you all .23 via PM, you can upgrade from Settings > Troubleshooting, once complete I'd recommend doing a factory reset There will be another update either this week or early next, maybe both, not sure yet. It's up to you, I've sent it to you anyway just in case. It's best to make a topic for any issues you're facing as I'll always reply there. I get so many PMs it's not feasible for me to answer them all

I'd need more information before I could say this is a bug. Is it the only device losing internet or others as well? Did the ISP modem lose connection?

How does Geo Filtering works while in a party?
Netduma Fraser replied to nuno10costa's topic in Call of Duty Support
To answer your questions: Primarily dedicated servers Yes as long as you are the party leader. As in if you finish a game and wait for it to queue up? It can't influence other people so they could stay or go You have to be the party leader to Geo-Filter otherwise you could be kicked Yes -
