We haven't specifically fixed that but would suggest factory resetting as it should work better overall after that. If it's greyed out then indicates SmartBOOST has been disabled. Are the devices connected directly to the router or are they using an AP, extender etc?

NAT Type 2 is open, it just means you're connected to a router. Does NAT type show moderate on the game?

Enable strict mode and it should prevent you getting connected really far away

So that'll be an authentication server, it shouldn't be the one you're playing on, are you fully zoomed out on the map? Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and see if it works better then.

I can reproduce it, nothing I've changed has allowed it to work so it will be the regression, I will pass that onto the team to take a look at.

Give the router a reboot, then attempt to upgrade again please, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then come back to it and see if it works

The link was for you, everything else was directed at others. Nope, not in the change log. Glad it's working better for you though. So it doesn't say 3 list active at all? I assume you waited to confirm the update did complete properly before resetting? We didn't make any specific changes to Geo. Might be worth you re-upgrading again to see if that irons out your issues. Do you see anything blocked on the map when you launch it and that happens? Reboot the router then do an update and it'll work Please read the entirety of the first post in this topic.

I can get the team to do a Ping Heatmap update for it next week. Did the Ireland server appear with a white circle around it? Was there another server showing at the same time?

Great to hear you've had a good experience on this update! Thanks for the report, it is very likely that the ads served on Apple TV are using the same domain for serving the actual content, it's for this same reason that we advise people not to use Adblocker for YouTube for example. It's a hard one to solve from the network side but if we can solve it we will. -

Did you factory reset the router? When exactly did you do the factory reset - after you had confirmed it upgraded successfully?

Using a VPN always has the potentially to get you a higher/more inconsistent ping, you're adding 'hops' to the game server so traffic has further to go before reaching the destination. There isn't really a way to allow a gradual increase in ping as the router is about allowing you to get a low ping. You need strict mode on otherwise that can happen on occasion.
