  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What speeds do you pay for/expect and what are you receiving? Presumably you're testing via ethernet?
  4. No it's the same firmware but best to do a factory reset after upgrading

  8. Likely for stats for nerds to update it'd need to be a new connection/another server
  9. I'm sure if you've seen my responses around the forum you know I can't provide any ETAs on firmware. If you're having issues please make a new topic and we can help, your last two topics indicated your issues were fixed. We'll definitely keep the marketing guy with no programming experience whatsoever focused on marketing and the developers on developing - multiple things can be done at once by different people, hence why I do support and not programming or marketing. If someone has an issue I always say I'll pass it onto the team or if I know it's fixed for the next one so people do get an idea of what will be included. I've also posted a change log in a couple of topics of what to expect in the next firmware. These types of topics don't help to rush along the firmware, the team are already aware based on what I tell them that people are eager for it but if it's not ready we're not going to give you a version that might cause you more issues or not fix the issues it's intended to fix.

  11. Yes that's correct, copy the WAN IP from the WAN page on the R3, find the DMZ option on the V hub and paste it in and apply then check the speeds through the R3
  12. That all looks okay, could you take the VM out of modem/bridge mode and put the R3 in its DMZ please? I've found the modem mode to be a bit unpredictable
  13. Can you provide a screenshot of the Dashboard and Ping Optimizer > Advanced please as well as the WAN page
  14. You just need to add the device once, even if it shows as inactive you should still see icons on the map. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Polygon Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. The order confirmation with the order number is likely in your spam/junk folder. You can see the return policy at netduma.com/terms

  20. If you give the router a reboot from the interface they should all be able to connect again
  21. What game is it you're trying to filter exactly and how did you add the PC to be filtered?
  22. The best thing to do is engage in support with us, just because you're having an issue doesn't mean everyone is having it and that a firmware fix is on the way. If you're getting disconnects that often please provide the logs from the interface when it happens. Do you have Adblocker enabled? If so disable that and see if the web pages load faster then please.
  23. Just like what you did with Congestion Control for download do the same with the Upload percentage until you get as close to 0 as possible.
  24. Once we're happy with how it is on the R3 we'll then port it to the R2. This will ensure a better porting process and end result for the R2 once done.

R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup the Geo-Filter/SmartBOOST/Congestion Control?
