  1. It's something that'll be fixed in the next firmware. If you disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN that can prevent it happening for longer
  2. Use Simple instead of custom for the radius and it should stop that happening
  3. Well does the modem see the R2 as a connected device at all? Did you say the lights for the R2 LAN ethernet ports don't work?
  4. Have you got any servers in your allow list? Otherwise they're both authentication servers for some reason, if you provide the ID for the US one I can take a look
  5. When you get a game, where is the server appearing on your Geo-Filter Map?
  6. It's likely the maximum you'll get with the extra work the router is doing with VLAN. Is that with speed test bypass enabled? In troubleshooting > advanced if you disable the protection options that may boost the speeds slightly.
  7. I have requested it again already so likely we'll get it added. Are you able to connect to the Paris server with the Geo-Filter disabled? Not every game does that, the only game I've seen that does that is CoD when you load it up.
  8. Great advice from everyone on this!
  9. I know he has done some updates, has it not changed at all?
  10. Great thanks, will pass it on!
  11. It's essentially the same as the original XR1000 so the latest firmware on there will be similar to the V2. They have to make a V2 due to a CPU shortage I believe for the original. An update will come to both that'll bring DumaOS 3.3.
  12. All that information is on the website, you'd also be hard pressed to find a router with those specs at the price we sold it for
  13. We'll definitely get them corrected if provided. That part was for the OP, what's the setup you're using?
  14. Yes but did you enable it when you were already on the game or before you launched it? What other settings are you using, is Geo-Latency enabled for example?
  15. That looks very similar to that Ping Optimizer graph so I think you'll need to adjust the percentages manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced, start with 70% for both download/upload and see if you notice it again. Best to make a new topic and we can help you better there but if you provide the IDs of those servers we can correct them. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  16. Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes and then see if you get internet
  17. If they're not making it a connectable server then you can't force it. Are there any other servers within your radius?
  18. I can't tell based on that, what settings are you using specifically? Did you enable the Geo-Filter before launching the game?
  19. Okay thanks for trying, we think we know why it's happening so it'll be fixed in the next firmware.
  20. What settings are you looking for? The only specific settings for your country would be where you place your Geo-Filter location/radius
  21. The above or press the power button on the back of the router or in Settings > Troubleshooting
  22. Something isn't necessarily wrong, Ping Heatmap is based on our testing and what the game pings initially when you start it up - it's all potential servers. It is up to them though what servers they use, they may use that one as an overflow servers in particularly busy periods for example. If you never connect to it with the Geo disabled that's likely the case.
  23. I find that one to be a bit hard to do sometimes, try nmrpflash as people have more luck with that
  24. Check the ping on the Geo-Filter and in game when it happens, that'll give us a better idea of what is happening. You'll likely need to upgrade to the latest and that will help: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
