  1. We'll take a look at it - may be a cloud issue. Email [email protected] and we can get that sent to you
  2. If you expand the radius so it covers a few more servers do you still get placed on that and does it look the same as previously?
  3. Did you set the static/reserved IP on the PC itself as 192.168.77.155/24 as I've never seen windows show the CIDR notation (/24) naturally, which might be part of the problem
  4. It's in DHCP settings - give it the IP it already has
  5. Set a reserved IP on the R3 for the PC itself and see if that helps please
  6. What does 'slow' mean exactly? This wouldn't be a firmware issue either, it'll just be a case of fine tuning settings
  7. If it happens again try this: Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  8. Are you using a VPN app by any chance on the PC?
  9. Was that static IP like that before or have you just done that? Do you leave the PC in a standby state mostly or do you turn it off fully?
  10. It isn't possible to do that unfortunately I don't think there is anything else that can be done. You can try multiple factory resets in a row to see if that brings it back but I think it is likely bricked. As commiseration I can offer you 30% off an R3 if that's something you'd be interested in.
  11. On the device itself it will have an IP address if you check it's network settings e.g. 192.168.77.50 so then check if it's the same IP for the device you think it is on the Device Manager Can you provide a screenshot of how the Geo-Filter appears when you're getting connected to a game outside your radius please?
  12. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. This is the R3 not the XR1000 and it's not been abandoned, an update is coming.
  13. Did you disable SmartBOOST? If so you can't adjust the sliders. Did you disable Speed Test Bypass? If so then your changes are unlikely to be reflected on waveform etc.
  14. As above the information definitely was there at the time. I may be wrong on finding other routers with those specs at that price but they are significantly bigger companies than us and so will have better deals with their manufacturers and do more volume - it wouldn't be possible for us to do it at that price, it would have to be more expensive.
  15. Check the IP on the gaming device itself then check the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match? The Geo-Filter just shows active connections so if there are any new servers you can connect to them right away - we don't need to add anything
  16. The servers on Ping Heatmap don't affect what you can/can't connect to on the Geo-Filter - even if it doesn't show on Heatmap but is an available server then you can still connect to it with the Geo-Filter. I'll let Alex know.
  17. That's great thank you
  18. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  19. That's brilliant to hear and thanks for posting the resources/solution with it too!
  20. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter before you launch the game? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  21. Just click on the server icon in the US (disable Auto Ping first), then in the ping window you'll see the ID
  22. Yeah if you're never getting it with the Geo off (I know the game doesn't always put you on close servers hence the Geo-Filter) not even once then it's highly likely they're just not using it for some reason
  23. If you do that then it should work but I don't know the exact process for how the game determines a host in that scenario
  24. Don't have an ETA but it will be an improved version of DumaOS yes
  25. That doesn't bode well - Unplug the router from power for 24 hours, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you can get internet. It may seem excessive but we have seen routers come back to life doing this and if it did get a power surge it would let any residual power drain fully.
