Right so you're taking the IP from the router and putting it into that site to show the location even though you can see the location on the Geo map? Use the Simple radius instead of custom and see if it works better then. I suspect this is the issue where it's using relay servers to force you outside the radius, we're looking into it but can't guarantee it can be solved. Including more servers with simple may lessen this affect.

The router doesn't determine who is in a game with you, it doesn't have access to that kind of information, are you purely searching for games in SA?

It's both WiFi and ethernet, I'd suggest keeping it enabled - the ethernet vs WiFi argument has merit but often times leaves a lot of information out. You can still get lag, packet loss etc over ethernet.

You can do but most likely the R3 won't see the PC specifically so if you want to use it with the Geo-Filter etc it would be best to connect it direct to the R3.

Find my IP just shows your public IP address, not the server you're connected to so it will always show Milan if that is where you live. You only need to use that screen to report incorrect server information.

Ping Heatmap shows servers no players so that is how you determine the closest servers and the ping you're likely to get

Can you zoom out on the map please? There may be a server elsewhere that you're connected to. What game are you playing?

That's not something we can influence at all but it does like you may have been shadow banned, you may have received too many negative reports

Try via the app, you may be able to upgrade that way. Realistically, if you're changing the Geo-Filter while you're on the game you are going to have to do those restarts as the game knows you can connect to servers previously allowed so it needs to start from scratch to know that you can't anymore.

Factory reset then get through the setup wizard as quickly as possible and then attempt the upgrade again

It's showing as blocked there, are you actually in a game?

Does the above allow you to see/ping the server better?

I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://bit.ly/bufferbloat-test start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test as you're actually doing traffic you would normally do.

Presumably it has the option for you to use either, it doesn't matter which really, it's just the way you're telling the router to identify the device. You can do the above or the MAC address option would be easier as that won't change.

We can't dictate that it puts you into a full game so we can't help with that specifically. Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC a Console device type in Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.

That can't happen, it's not always able to ping every server - I suspect it's because the ping method for those servers there at least is traced, if it says direct I suspect you'll see a ping.

Your base connection has instability based on the first PingPlotter screenshot, that's out of the routers control, Congestion Control can't help with that. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR or do you have some still connected to your ISP router?

If you're going to play on a server far away you're always going to have a higher ping - we can't lower that ping specifically, it depends on your routing to the server from the ISP and the speed of light, neither of which we can affect. This is why we suggest playing on closer servers. If you're having local congestion then experimenting with Congestion Control to find what works best for you will help.
