  1. On the Geo-Filter or Heatmap - you won't always see the servers on the Geo-Filter and the Italian servers are amongst the Spanish servers in that they don't always seem available
  2. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get connected to this server please?
  3. Did you make any specific settings for the PC to get an OpenNAT previously? Where are you seeing that ping, on the Geo-Filter or in game?
  4. It will be possible, apart from the power light. Once main issues are resolved we can look into these nice to haves
  5. That's great to hear. If the console is showing as having an Open NAT then you will have an Open NAT overall - the device can't have an Open NAT but the game have moderate for example, it doesn't work that way, it will be a misreading
  6. Disable the Geo-Filter then launch the game, does it appear open then?
  7. If you unplug the R3 from the modem and then try to access the R3 can you access then? If so I'm not sure what has happened but does sound like the bridge mode is preventing access for some reason. I'd suggest just doing the DMZ mode really - they both perform the same function essentially
  8. We need to do an update, I believe the testing server it's using is out of date and as the server was hardcoded we need an update to change it. I'd suggest changing speeds/Congestion Control manually for the moment.
  9. If you've rebooted the R3 then it's quite possible the WAN IP has changed, double check the WAN IP then check the IP in the DMZ, if needed update it and then it should work again
  10. How is it you're on .170 when you've not been added to Early Access? Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. No worries! We can continue troubleshooting if you'd like to try and get the R2 up and running again?
  12. I'd recommend having a look through our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/home
  13. What router and firmware version are you on? Are you testing the speeds on the router or on a site like speedtest.net? Are you testing over WiFi or ethernet?
  14. Great thanks, I'll pass it onto the team!
  15. You have to add your device/game to the Geo-Filter for it to apply so if you haven't added your gaming device it won't be the cause of the disconnects. We'll look into testing the game. See if there is an error code for the disconnect and look that up and it may provide more information.
  16. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  17. You can ignore that, it's just the way the naming worked for it
  18. That's normal, gaming doesn't use much bandwidth
  19. It is possible each device could show up three times if at one point or another you've connected it via: ethernet, 2.4GHz & 5GHz at one point or another. There isn't a specific way to stop that as each method will have its own MAC address and so appears as a new device. Best thing to do is to identify it at the time, name it appropriately and then reserve an IP address for that device.
