You don't have to use a specific DNS, cloudflare would be good for example: 2606:4700:4700::1111 2606:4700:4700::1001

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS and Geo-Filter page please? You're not receiving any packet loss (bottom graph is the one to focus on), hard to tell without the scale on the left but ping generally seems low, it does fluctuate but can't tell by how much and you do have a spike though its not huge so could be QoS needs to be fine tuned.

On the IPv6 page there is an option to get the DNS servers from the ISP automatically, if that's not working then you can enter them manually. Once you've done that see if you get open.

If you do the tests in the other topic I mentioned that'll help me determine what is happening

The R2 has AC WiFi rather than AX WiFi on the R3, the hardware is better on the R3 but in terms of what you would notice that's the main hardware difference

We don't sell the R2 anymore so you'd only be able to get it second hand, which means you wouldn't have any warranty with us in case anything went wrong so I'd suggest the R3 personally.

It won't stabilize every single match that is normal so don't expect 100% reliability but we'll look into having it work more often if possible.

There are no game servers in Switzerland so you won't get a game there, you'll need to cover another server. Realistically it shouldn't make any difference, the perceived difference should be minute at best but yes in theory that could be what is happening.

Ah interesting, are you using PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6 by any chance? If so that's probably why, if you have the ISP modem/router handle that instead then QoS would work better.
