Is it staying on when you're actually playing and off during the lobby for example? If so that would be expected

Good to hear, thanks for the update!

NetdumaR2 nach reboot immer auf reset
Netduma Fraser replied to VeniVidiVici's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I believe the server is down for that part - you can just change your location manually for the moment, it doesn't need to be pin point accurate -
Ah, don't do 0.5ms that's why it looks so spiky, can you do another one with the default 2.5ms please
-
That's expected currently - they serve ads using the same URL as the video which makes it hard to block at the network level, it's something we're hoping to be able to combat going forward
-
I would say it's probably the above but if it's working for you that's great!
-
I think whatever server it's using for that is down at the moment, thanks for the report, I'll pass it onto the team. Okay and how have you added this to SmartBOOST with just the gaming option or have you added the device specifically? Can you provide a screenshot of what you see exactly please?

NetdumaR2 nach reboot immer auf reset

The location is just to set your home location so just click the house and click on the map where you live then you can filter as normal. We are aware of that though. -
Limiting connection speed on guest wifi/device
Netduma Fraser replied to kryptik66's topic in Netduma R3 Support
No you can only use one or the other at a time -
Ah I thought you were referring to our DPI for QoS. The firewall will be the default one Netgear always use and as we didn't create it I'm not sure which one it is and there isn't any information online about it. I suspect because most people will be content with the built in firewall + Armor if they wish - these routers are not normally bought with the intention to adjust firewall settings. It's not going to be an enterprise level firewall by any means but it will be enough for normal home usage.

NEW XR500 BETA FIRMWARE: 3.3.535
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Lew's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
We do update and remove games periodically, I wouldn't have thought we'd have remove that one though, if you resync the cloud does it reappear and do they trigger? -
You could do modem > R3 > XR1000 in AP mode for example and that should give you the range you need while allowing the R3 to control everything
-
Ah, that'll be it then, after you disabled DHCP did you not give reserved IPs to your devices? They won't be able to connect without them if you've disabled DHCP. You also don't need to disable DHCP on the R3 to get an Open NAT. If it's what I mentioned then just keep DHCP enabled/give all devices reserved IPs and you'll be good.
-
It's possible the DHCP lease is renewing and for some reason the device just isn't taking the new IP address - so you could increase the DHCP lease time to 10000 minutes, this may reduce it happening to once a week. Otherwise setting reserved IPs for each device on the router may prevent it happening entirely.
-
Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
-
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you connect to that server please?
-
Try before - it should just work after a reset without that

Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if you can access.
-
Yes you can!
-
Did you factory reset after upgrading? If not it would be a good idea to do so as it's a big jump from the previous version
-
It's not a firmware issue specifically, we're troubleshooting the problem - what firmware version are you on?
-
Haha sometimes it's just the simplest things! Glad it's working now, thanks for the update.

Please tell me how I can solve this problem

Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
