  1. Make sure you're on the latest firmware and then resync the cloud on the Geo-Filter, if you still don't see it then do the following: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give the mobile the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

  3. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the update and for the kind words, hope you have a great weekend too!
  4. You need to complete the setup wizard before you can get internet - do you see the wizard when trying to access?
  5. It doesn't have HybridVPN currently and it also won't be getting DumaOS 4 or any more significant feature upgrades so I wouldn't recommend it personally
  6. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. UPnP and port forwarding should be sufficient here, have PC 1 boot up the game first then PC 2 and see if they're both open then. Also, disable the Geo-Filter for them prior to loading up to check if they appear open then. For Geo: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  7. Not saying it's finalized but it needs to be stable enough for testers as well
  8. Both, you can see in the graph how they both fluctuate but looks like download needs to be adjusted more. Idle you can't really do much about and that is steady anyway
  9. How do you have your device added to the Geo-Filter?
  10. Refresh the page, it's likely done or timed you out so you need to login again
  11. If you were connected by WiFi double check you've reconnected to the router then refresh the page
  12. It's very much dependent on how good your connection to the Google servers is - if it's not great then it doesn't necessarily mean anything bad for gaming. Though for the Ping Under Load test you should be able to improve the results by setting Congestion Control to always and experimenting with the percentages - change percentage, test, change test etc.
  13. It's very unlikely at this point, I think DumaOS 4 would be too much for it
  14. In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for each device. Then in DHCP > Advanced change the lease time to 10000, save, reboot the router from the interface and see if it happens again please.
  15. Glad you were able to solve it, I told you what the cause was, as long as you don't do that the error will not come back. Thanks for the unnecessary remark.
  16. You need to disable Ping Assist otherwise you can get games outside your radius as well.
  17. There will be multiple servers clustered together in a location so you'd only be blocking one of a few in that location - as you can see on the map, the one you denied it showing with an X but the one you're connected to isn't.
  18. If you're having the issue only .291 will potentially fix it for you - could you provide the log when you get the disconnect on that firmware please? Does the connection regain itself or do you need to reboot? Sounds like it might be DHCP if it's that scheduled
  19. There is no exact timeline really, you wait on NG or OEM for a patch and once provided build a new firmware and test it, if there are any issues they're looked into, fixed, tested etc. When you have a few different companies handling it things can inevitably take longer. I'm checking for new news currently but it'll likely be the same.
  20. Yes please It'll be due to the above, have a look for blocked servers on the map and add them to the allow list
  21. Yes, you can choose what you want to go through or not go through
  22. You'll need to do this: client remote 87-19-de.cg-dialup.net 443 dev tun proto udp auth-user-pass resolv-retry infinite redirect-gateway def1 persist-key persist-tun nobind cipher AES-256-CBC ncp-disable auth SHA256 ping 5 ping-exit 60 ping-timer-rem explicit-exit-notify 2 script-security 2 remote-cert-tls server route-delay 5 verb 4 <ca> Paste the contents of the ca.crt file here. </ca> <cert> Paste the contents of the client.crt file here. </cert> <key> Paste the contents of the client.key file here. </key> Then put the whole thing in and it should connect.
  23. It can take quite a few sometimes, if you provide the IDs we can have a look and whitelist more widely to catch it. Does the error definitely go away when disabling the Geo-Filter?
  24. If they provide you with OpenVPN configuration files then you can use it on HybridVPN yes
  25. Good to hear, keep us posted!
