  3. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?

  6. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then attempt the upgrade again. If you're changing Geo-Filter settings while on the game you will need to reboot the game at the very least.

  8. What isn't working on the Geo-Filter exactly? Are you not seeing servers? Servers outside the radius etc? Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely (including the game client from the System Tray) Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

  10. I've just seen that we do/did have access to it and we're testing a big cloud update that will include it, once we're happy with it we'll incrementally push it out to routers.

  14. 19th is the soonest we could have sent it due to the weekend, the Monday it states would be the 5th working day but I get your disappointment, we send it as soon as possible and then it's up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame and sometimes it is towards the end of that estimate.
  15. The attempts to ping are fine, it won't be causing any issues. I'd recommend you start by upgrading to the latest firmware (I've given you Early Access) https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56602-early-access-firmware-r3-dumaos-40266-geo-filter-20-improvements-and-country-selector/ which you may find beneficial as you can specifically select the countries you want to filter. If you could upload your PingPlotter results that would be great thanks - you don't have to stay with the Ping Optimizer recommended percentages or the 70% we suggest, it would be beneficial to experiment with the percentages to see what works best for your connection.

That's right yes - I'd expect that it could trigger if you're using Game Pass for example, it shouldn't unless you're actually doing the cloud part but I could understand how it could be misclassified that way. If you're watching YouTube or downloading something and it's showing that then that's definitely not right.

  21. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  22. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?

  24. All we can tell from the logs is that it has crashed, if you could download the full log the next time we may be able to tell more
  25. This could be due to using PPPoE on the R3, what firmware version are you on currently?
